So I was watching Japanese Kingdom movie 1-4 and it was about the Qin Shi Shang or Ying Zheng that wanted to unify the warring states. I'm in episode 7 in this series and this really gives a lot of perspective about Ying Zheng. I only realized this was about him when was being hostage and has half brother. The Kingdom movie started at him fighting his brother that rebels then regained and later on focuses on capturing territories.
So I think this series will focus on his journey becoming a King.
Dropped this at ep11 3 years ago. I'm planning to pick it up again cause they said it was really really good. Idk if I'll really enjoy this cause I'm not a fan of a fantasy 😭
It's been a year since I was able to finish a cdrama. I always drop at few episodes. Cried hard at the last😭. I know I already have a hint of the ending but still cried hard. I wish there's season 2. I still think there's more to his past. Hayys
