Simple and amazing

This was actually so good and sweet, I don’t care what anybody else has to say about it. There was barely any drama including the main couple after they actually got together, they faced challenges with their status’ but they never broke up stupidly they were ready to fight and give up for each other. Goo-won in general was just such a good guy, the way that he went to help her grandma and always took care of sa-rang was so amazing. And whenever she complained about him using his status he quit doing it OH MY GOD DUDE. She got a god tier dude. Although very cliche I also liked it whenever Sa-rang showed him normal people stuff, like eating at the restaurant and peeling the potatoes. It was so sweet. Another thing I loved about this was Sa-rangs goal, it was so normal and strange and I love it whenever characters have goals like that just because it makes them seem a lot more real. Very nice show absolutely love it

So good

No matter what I say nothing can describe how much I absolutely adore this show. This is the only show I haven't been able to watch while eating something because i genuinely couldnt take my eyes off of it, every second was so interesting and well filmed n acted. Oh the acting, Jihoons eyes can say so much without him having to actually say anything. All of the actors were so good, they brought the emotions of the story out so well, and the dynamics ugh I love it. Although I knew suho went into a coma whenever i started watching it, I still sobbed whenever it actually happened because I didnt know it happened like that. Beomseoks story breaks me, i understand those who hate him but i dont understand those who choose to ignore why be did what he did. It wasn't right and it was taken out on the wrong person but ignoring the story behind it is just ignorant and honestly no different than anyone in the story. I’m sad it took me so long to watch it but im also really glad i did, i can't believe i was missing out on a masterpiece

Insane

This movie had me itching my chin out of confusion the whole time, there were so many freaking plot twists and things happening that it just made it so confusing. But it was sooo good, the suspense and feeling of dread that get for the main character is honestly insane, plus the acting of Jong seo (yeongsook) she plays the psycho part so well its insane. The fact that seoyeon is now most likely stuck in a never ending loop of switching between realities is honestly so scary, and I feel bad for her. She got terrorized and tortured for just trying to help out someone else, which to some extent I feel bad for yeongsook since she was emotionally abused but nonetheless that isn't an excuse for her psychotic behavior. To end this off I wanna say that this was such an amazing and entertaining movie, I wanna give it 100/100 but i was chin itching too much

high potential, big let down

Holy boring, the concept sounded super fun so as soon as I read the description I thought “hell yeah lets try this out” but damn it was a disappointment. I expected them to be enemies or have god be the annoying neighbor for at least 4 episodes but they became friends pretty quickly, and I get that it's diews whole thing to be the loner loser but god damn that man was insufferable. God was also a pretty bad character, sure he's one of the greenest flags that I have ever seen in a BL but damn there was just something about him that pissed me off everytime he was on screen. Overall I think it would have been nice for an actual annoying neighbor storyline since that's what it's described as, it's also just insanely boring. Now for the reason this gets 55 points and the reason I kept watching, beer and wan. Their relationship was simple yet it pulled my attention so much more than the main couple, it was complex and they weren’t insufferable together. Wish I could have watched the part where they fully get together but I do not have the willpower to finish that shit

Way to short

As usual, it's so painfully short that it doesn't allow the concept to live up to its full potential. As much as I love the rich kid wanting to be something that their parents don't want them to be, because of how short this was I just wasn't able to be fully interested in it, but nonetheless I still did enjoy it. I really liked the main two's relationship, the kind of forced proximity and the tension between them since the start oh boy. Overall, it's just a short and cute series but there's not really much more to say about it, hopefully it has a thai adaptation at some point because I would love to see more of this story.

Had potential

At first I was going to absolutely roast this series but the more that I think about it and I'm reminded of it I realize it wasn't that bad, don't get me wrong it wasn't the best but its not that bad as I was remembering. The main couple had a lot of sweet moments together, like the scene where he invited her for dinner and the pool scene at the resort. The first two episodes are definitely what caught my attention the most though, the way that their relationship quickly developed and how they interacted with each other was really cute and funny. What happens after the first two episodes is where I start to get iffy about this series. I liked the main guy and how petty he was, like lowkey i'd react the same way if i was embarrassed liked that. The mom and love rival storylines were annoying af, like damn this poor girl I would be fucking livid if my mom proudly flaunted around her fucking porn movies like damn lady youre insane. Anyways, this was a cute little series if you just want to sit down and chill and watch nothing to out there or surprising.

I mourn what this could have been

Honestly this is just a story filled with constant despair and stupid teenagers being put into situations where they shouldn’t be, as much as I want to absolutely despise this series with all of my being there's something in me that I can't fully hate this. This had the potential to be something amazing and I will always mourn the fact that we lost what could have been one of the best dystopian world romances, It honestly started off like that but as it went on I guess they decided to just take the route of a boring romance that took the safe route. With the people killing themselves because no one around them rung their alarm could’ve made for the best route of the story, in the end the problem of the app wasn’t really solved for anyone else besides the main character since she decided to not listen to the app and follow what her head wanted instead of her heart. Which is understandable considering her background, which is one of the main reasons as to why I don’t completely hate Jojo. She comes from a very broken and traumatic background so it's no surprise that she would take that safe route, which I feel is something that a lot of people refuse to see about her and just want to hate her for leaving Sun oh. Speaking of him, in terms of the main storyline and disregarding Jojos trauma for a minute I feel bad for Sun Oh the most in the situation. Just for the fact that Jojo was the first person that he was able to open his heart up to and love fully, but his model or actor career I can’t even remember made him not be able to stick with her and caused her and him more pain in the end. I hope he truly did love Yookjo in the end and didn’t just choose her because he basically had too, which sucks for both parties involved at the end of the day. But hey, at least Hye yeong got the girl in the end am I right fellas

Heartwarming

Watching this in the summer really hit different than if you would've watched it in any other season, it just really brings the full vibes of the show out. The dynamic between the main two is of course one of my favorites, the bickering and the pettiness between both of them is wonderfully shown and I loved it. It also had those very noticeable hints of them still caring for each other whenever they meet again, which with how they left things off there were a lot of feelings still there since they didn't actually wanna break up. A lot of people call this boring and although I agree that at some parts it was boring the actors chemistry and storyline made up for it, from the time that the two characters were teenagers to late adulthood they kept the same bickering attitude while still showing that they love one another. Another thing that I like about this show is the other possible love interests, because they weren't crazy they were just normal. They accepted their defeat whenever they realized that they didn't have a chance with them, I neeed to see more of that.

Weird ahh ending

I started off really liking this and that feeling didn't really fade until we got up to the last episode, but I will get into that later. I saw a lot of people commenting on how confusing the plot was to follow after I had already finished it but personally I had a really easy time following along and knowing what was happening, the main thing that was going on in my mind was “this dude better not fucking die” because I hadn’t seen a single thing about that show so I had absolutely no idea what happened throughout the show. Hell I didn’t even know they had powers until maybe the second episode, thought they were just very weird. But I actually did enjoy this a lot, it surprised me how good it was. I was giggling and kicking my feet whenever the main couple interacted with each other because of their dynamic, and I love how he never backed down. He was even willing to possibly die for her at the end, mostly because it was technically his fate to do so but still like cmon. He was literally in all of her first moments too, might be a bit creepy but hey they were meant to be. It actually got me to tear up a bit too, with the daughter's story and her basically being the reason her mom died. And her interaction with gwi-ju whenever he found out that she had mind reading powers was really heart warming, both of them had been through a lot and had just been watching each other from the sidelines until then it was a very nice moment to watch them be together like that. I have to say I really did hate da-hae at first because I thought she was just an insane liar but learning her backstory of bullying and orphan life made me like her and not absolutely despise her as a character. And in the end, be it the wrong time, she did the right thing and told the lie even though if she got the money right then and there she would have been free from her debt collector. Now to the thing that made it go from 100 to a 95. That fuckass ending, sorry it's just way too much for me that this 5 year old went back and got him from the past. Too weird and I just find it so insanely stupid, other than that weird ahh ending. Beautiful series no other complaints.

Lacking

Enemies to lovers is one of my favorite tropes so of course I was gonna love this one, originally it as 100/100 but then I read the manhwa. With how short and the restrictions I understand why they couldn't add everything obviously but theres highly detailed short shows so they couldve added some stuff from the manhwa, basically the only things that are the same is the base concept of the story. But that doesnt mean its bad or anything, its still a fun and sweet story. I really liked how their relationship developed, the scene when sang u treats jae youngs scratch and when Jae young pulls sang u away from all of the drunk people are probably my favorite points in the show. I dont know how to describe it very well but I think those moments were definitely the turning points from hating each other to gaining those kind of romantical feelings, its kind of weird but also kind of sweet how quickly their relationship changed.

Comfort without any comfort

I liked this story a lot, it was a lot more than just a love story and I feel like a lot of people choose to just ignore that. The characters shared a connection from the moment that they met that couldn't be described with simple words, they were both mentally suffering teens who needed someone to lean on and they were that person for each other. The lore with Tae hyeon was crazy and highly unexpected, like my jaw was genuinely on the floor as his story was unraveling cause jesus christ? how bro did not crash out sooner is a mystery to me. At first I did hate his character but as the story went on the more I started to understand why he was the way that he was, is that an excuse tho? no, his actions aren't justified because of that but I'm but saying that I understand him. It sucks that Da yeol gave up archery but its completely understandable as to why he did, it just makes me a little sad to think about what led up to that point. But anyways, I loved their relationship and how everything unfolded. Also i bet that ride back to the dorm after filming was weird

Beautiful story

I love this show and everything that it offers, It used to sit at the number one spot in my list and it stayed there for years. But since everything came out about Soo hyun I just can't look at it the same way I used to, but nonetheless the story is still there and I love it. That's all that matters, so that's why the rating stays unchanged. The way that this show deals with mental illness and the toll that taking care of these people can take on someone is done really well. The actors portray everything really well (Especially seo yeaji love you), the emotions that they brought to the screen were impeccable. The side storylines with all the patients were really intriguing, especially the war veteran and the lady who heard and saw things. Being so in love with someone but having to hold yourself back because of your circumstances must be so heartbreaking, and Gang tae always had to do that as well. He was brought into the world just to deal with his brother, bro was doomed from the start but hey he got his happy ending. Mun Young oh how I love you, characters with tragic backstories that aren't held back by that are my favorite kind. Plot twist after plot twist with this one god damn, they really wanted to make this as confusing and as interesting as possible. Beautiful story, beautiful everything.

All I have to say is ew

Its a miracle that I finished this freaking show because OH MY FREAKING GOD THIS SHOW PISSED ME OFF OMLLLL. Let’s start off with my number one complaint: THE AGE GAP. Now listen, it wouldn’t be to bad if they didn’t know each other from let's say 10 to 20 and you could argue and say that they didn’t but the way that the main dude worded his sentence whenever the main girl revealed that they had met many times before he CONFIDENTLY SAID “heh I know” WHAT KIND OF CREEPY ASS SHIT IS THAT. You should NOT be proud of knowing your fucking girlfriend from the ripe age of 10 or whatever fuckass ages they were. And I neeeeed to know how his parents were okay with that creepy ass shit, cause like no way on earth were they chill with that like cmon. I would have been kicking this THIRTY YEAR OLD mans ass out on the street and telling him to never step foot on my lawn ever again, fym you're dating 1. Your former employee and 2. SOMEONE YOU KNEW SINCE SHE WAS TEN. I also want to bring up the fact that BOTH OF THEM had love interests that were 10x better than that of the main two together. The main guys love interest literally WANTED HIM BACK AFTER HE FUCKING CHASED AFTER HER, like DUDE you had the fucking girl now go get her ass omfg. And then the main girl literally had a fucking model or whatever the fuck he was chasing after her, and he literally did so much shit for her like girl you could’ve had the most gentleman man ever but NO choose the weird convenience store owning ahh. Oh also forgot to mention that THEY KISSED WHENEVER SHE WAS STILL A TEENAGER. Idc if it was initiated by her ima still complain about it because wtf. Literally the only reason I kept going with this drama is because of the convenience store setting, it was genuinely the only enjoyable thing about this show and I need to find more with this kind of vibe but without the fucking creepy ass main relationship.
