Just started watching and I’m like this FL has a mature face. I didn’t know this is Tiffany Tang I haven’t seen her in so long like Princess Weiyoung long one of my first Cdramas and loved it.

Yes, the music choice 👌. When I hear the music depending on the scene now my heart starts racing cause I know some ish is about to go down 😂.

I just updated my response above but it’s still worth watching. I just don’t expect much going forward. Entertain me at this point.

Girl, at this point yes. After episode 17 I was like you know what I have zero expectations going forward. Because I can already tell they about to be on some BS. Making the FL so emotional and ish. I thought her character would have better composure than this based on the first 10 episode. She seemed like a bad ass. But episode 18 and 19 proved to me that was a lie when her emotions are triggered she does foolish things. No character is perfect could be because of past trauma and trying to protect those she love. But emotions unchecked ends up doing more harm than good. Still good but that was not what I expected after thoroughly enjoying the first 10 episodes. That writer is bat ish crazy!

I came here to say the writer has lost his EFFIN mind. Episode 18 pissed me off to the core but 19 BABY my man Fu YunXi took his bride and bounced while her brother was dying, WOW 😂😂😂😂. These characters are off the chart crazy. And did I mentioned the writer is just as crazy heck even the music choice at the end is WILD!

Someone with a brain. I came here to say the same thing. Like she completely forgot this setup was to get her mother out. And if she felt he was lying why not confront him after the father was gone? Plus her mother has told her several times her father is no good. If she’s not faking it I'm dropping this series because the writers totally turned me off with this take.

I came here to say this drama has my heart racing between the stellar music, pacing of the drama and the storyline. Bravo 👏 for great acting! The scene in episode 7 with her mom had me tearing up. I’m totally invested in this drama. Not familiar with the FL but she’s doing the damn thing.

Some of you people are real life weirdos who don’t have a life outside of drama land(there is a real world out there go outside and touch grass my friend). Like you literally just wrote you “personally” love the drama. That great because it is your opinion. Just like I just left mine. I love both leads and they are reason why I’m still watching this drama. You clearly have no life and need to get one. Agreed. I’m really disappointed with the storyline it’s all over the place and so many side characters. I’m only holding on because I like both ML and FL and I think they are doing a good job working with what was given to them. But the writing suck! Just focusing on Romance and place life would have been enough or pick something geesh!

My friend I couldn’t have said it any better. I waited so long for to see SWL in a costume drama again and his character was trash and the FML ugh 😑. Let see what else they have in store for us in 2025.

Oh my Wei Long can’t believe the have you playing a giddy air headed lover boy. I don’t think I’ve seen a soft male lead like this in a minute. I can’t believe how obsessed he is in love with this girl. I’m only watching this because of him, the FML i don’t care for her or her acting no personality and just dry. All she does is lie lie and more lies.

Ughhh the characters are mess, the mom is annoying and the daughters are not as smart as they portray them to be. Kang Ning character is so frustrating because I really like the actress but the character is starting to piss me off. It’s like the 5 years wrote this script so many misunderstandings back to back and they are not being resolved.
