in this drama they are speaking mandarin and cantonese that is why you hear slightly two dif languages, and even in other dramas mainly modern ones actors have dif accents based on their origins so you can easily tell when someone is having a dif accent

in todays ep i really appreciate how maggie and an lan communicated in eng not each in their languange and they they just dubbed them in a very stupid way like one of them speaks thai and the other mandarin or cantonese and they just voiced over in eng which happens a looooot and it never failed to make me drop a show, it just shows how some people do not really care about the quality of the show and the audience

what i like most about bjt is that he looks dif in every drama, he is so fine yet most of the time he tries to look average to fit the role, the only time i felt like his looks were taking over is in the first frost which is really amazing bc actors are afraid of looking not so pretty, here his body looks great for a police man, his style is good but most of the time his face is not so clean shaved, his hair is not perfect, and he is not wearing so much makeup or using heavy filters that brush his expressions
