They are not a second couple, they are a side couple just like Tee and Nalin. Even in the cast they are mentioned as 'Support Roles' so JinWim parts are actually added to the series. (Wasn't in the book at all) They are not the main couple.. I do love them too, but I understand that this is BossNoeul's series as they are the main leads. The special episode is focused on another world CirPhu.

As I understood, Cir couldn't be with Phu because of his mom. And he was never planning to have a relationship with Phu until he had the accident and the brain concussion made him think he was actually in a relationship with Phu, therefore he approached Phu suddenly. Hence the lie.

YES!! Exactly that's the point.. so both Cir and Phu needs to have a talk for real. And he never said he came from a parallel world either, he just said they were a couple in a parallel world. Which Phu misunderstood and Cir later realised, but didn't correct himself.
So Black Cir is the one that answered the paper cup phone 'call' and continued his story with his Phu, right?…

The Main Cir (with the scar) is not from another world. He is the original Cir from the story we see. He liked Phu since Highschool, but he didn't approach him because of his mom. (You saw how she tried to kill Phu in Ep7 end) When the accident happened in Ep1, Cir saw the dreams from Black Cir's world. And then Black Cir was showing him his world slowly, so that this Main Cir will end up with Phu.
Cir lied to Phu because he was confused with the dreams he saw.. without realizing that's not him, it's another Cir. He learnt the truth slowly when he remembers what actually happened. He tried to tell Phu that he's actually not from another world, but he failed every time.
In Ep5 you can see the Main Cir goes to another world. (That Phu shouts saying you're not my P'Cir) That is Black Cir's world. After that the switch happened only with Ponytail Cir as Ep8 showed us.
