According to what Black Cir said in Ep8, No, he is only helping this Main Cir in our story. When he's done helping him, he will have to replace as Black Cir so that Main Cir will be helping Ponytail Cir. They switch world to make sure every CirPhu ends up together. (That's what I understood after Ep8) CEO Cir and his Phu got their happy ending I guess.. Coz we saw a forehead kiss between them in that small clip Black Cir showed.

@CoolCat123 The people who were meddling with Phu's car weren't trying to kill him. They were some car thieves and Cir just protected Phu's car from them. That's why they run him over out of the anger. You can see these info in students gossiping scene (Ep1)

Both of them have improved so much since LITA and I find it really fascinating how they act as several characters in the same drama. We saw how Boss portrayed that.. Okay let me help you this way.. So the Cirrus we knew since the first episode is the original Cir in the story we see. He saw dreams about Black Cir being with his Phu and thought it was his own life and got confused. And then told Phu about it, that's why it became a lie. He didn't really come from another world, it's his world from the first moment. So Phu was never a stand in. It's that Cir's Phu. Cir thought the parallel worlds doesn't exist later on when he kept on dreaming. But in episode 8 he gets to know the parallel worlds actually exists. Black Cir is a persona who helps every Cir find their own Phu. So CEO Cir helped the Black Cir we know get his Phu. Black Cir helped the Cir we see as the main character. And Our Cir will be helping that ponytail Cir to be with his Phu. Since that world Phu already likes that Cir but he didn't know about that Phu, he had to come to the world we know so that he can see how Our Phu loves Cirrus. Now that he has gone back to his world, he might want to have the same love with that Phu. That we'll know in the special episode probably.

Well I could help obviously.. but I am here confused because I don't understand why you're confused.. 😕 like for an example, of course we still don't know why Jin is having glitches. And I hope we'd be getting answers based on Episode 9 preview. And about Cir being trapped in the white room, Black Cir explains everything to him. So what he explained is what's actually going on. There can be infinite number of worlds and the point is, in every world Cir and Phu are meant to be together. That's it.

And CirPhu being highschool sweethearts, and of course the CEO version you mentioned. Ponytail Cir is the newest addition as I felt. So our Cir might become a 'Black cir' version to that ponytail Cir.
