Since episode 1 and up until now in the latest episode, I’m still hooked. I really like the chemistry between our main leads, both are doing a wonderful job. The rest of the cast are great as well. Let’s continue to give this show our full support. This is a type of show that you must allow the story to unravel and let the world build piece by piece. The pacing is good and the story is solid. 🙌🏻❤️🎆

I think it was clear the moment he first saw her unveil her face, that sealed the deal for him. The micro expressions from BZ is great.

Can’t believe we are already halfway through this show. Although the show isn’t perfect, I still am immersed into the world we have been showcased. So glad we are finally seeing our main leads together, it was worth the wait and can’t wait to see what lies ahead. The acting from everyone is great, the music is beautiful and fits every scene whether it’s romantic or a tense battle up ahead. I can easily say this is one of the few shows that reminds me why I love xianxia.

This show is my new and favorite obsession. 🙌🏻

You are absolutely correct, as someone who prefers costume dramas, I always surprised myself when I enjoy shows like Meet Yourself or Ski Into Love, just the vibes lol. There’s def a time and place for it all. I can’t wait to watch Shine On Me when I’m in that mood. Glad we can have a civilized convo lol, sometimes I get nervous leaving comments 🤣

I have heard about Light Beyond the Reed! Got the synopsis and it’s definitely not for everyone but the ML is great overall. That’s in my watchlist as well.

That is so true! I try to give a lot of shows a chance, slow pace isn’t bad either. I will check this one out later when I’m in the mood for something more light hearted, still in my angsty mood lol. I love how there’s so many dramas that fits the bill for everyone.

Looking for a modern drama with an actual plot along with having good visuals and chemistry. For those who have seen this one with the current episodes out, does this fit the bill? I’m not in the mood to just watch for vibes and visual without an actual plot, just don’t wanna waste my time. Also if vibes and visuals are what you prefer to watch, please take no offense. 😅
