this show is starting off so strong and LMSY always has me on the edge of my seat wondering what’s going to happen next!!

right the novel and show have similar elements and tbh LMSY are solid actors with amazing chemistry and everything about them is a 10/10. so the changes are rlly nice to see form the novel. the show provides more emphasis on the enemy aspect rather than the novel which honestly I love because it’s giving more drama and feeling

they hate us so bad I’m convinced like give these girls a 12-16 episode show they actually are worth watching 😭

honestly I really enjoyed the novel but the show’s spin is also very very good. I honestly recommend both

ngl I’m not angry lmao this show is going to be a 10/10 to me and I already know it. I just find it interesting that they would add a forced kiss in the first episode when it wasn’t rlly necessary to the plot line considering they would have just kissed in a couple of scenes later but hey an LMSY kiss is always a slay

in the novel none of this ever happened, they did not know each other at all especially not as high schoolers, this was added in probably to throw the yearning kiss in so it makes more sense. In the novel they kissed after hiding from Mae’s ex but it was in Mae’s car after Ai asked her if she could kiss her. Ai never forced herself on Mae at all throughout the entire novel everything was consentual and was asked before done.

yes! exactly this. honestly I hate to say it but I feel like this show only needed like 8-10 episodes max, we are really stretching out the plotline now. I didn’t even finish ep 11 cause I was so unfocused and bored I gave up lmao. I feel like nothing new was occurring in the show to keep me that interested

I’m not gonna lie I loved US at first like it was a 10/10 for me with the buildup and tension then it honestly becoming really boring after like episode 8 😭
