the twist to the ending was that the fl turned out to be a character from a novel as well. noticed that ml transmigrated to her world magically in the end. he was the same character from the 90’s, even his assistant was there.

I thought he had chemistry with Shen Yue in this drama. ☺️

I’m about to rewatch it for a second time. But, I do remember after watching it for the first time that Liang Daiwen was kind hearted. even though he didn’t know how to feel, he did help Gu Yi move out of her place and rented a huge moving truck lol. He also supported disabled children. Daiwen was green flag loved his character.

It was episode 28(I think) or 27 it was after the episode where she thought that Fei Ni was being abused because she was covering her hickey.

that was the best part too! he criticized her for being a factory worker, and right after being dump, she was fired and lost her home. That was what she get for tormenting Fei Ni lol.

I definitely agree, and she kinda used her sad backstory to Ye Feng to move up and depend on him.

Ling Yi wanted the divorce and she got it. She knew what she was getting into when she asked Director Chen for favors. She was just trying to move up and got what she deserved at the end.

her ending was satisfying though!
