it was probably out of curiosity, since he kept a copy of her caligraphy and the 2d version of her writing. He showed it to her father (I believe) and asked if it looked familiar. He as a 2d character is probably thinking that a deity or ghost is possessing her. Noticed he told her that he said he has vision as a test to see if she had it. The only transmigrated character so far is ML, FL, and yong’er.
