that's not a good argument. legality and morality is not the same. in korea, they want their celebrities to be good role models because it's a communal society. that is why even if it's not illegal, celebrities can get cancelled for affairs or very disrespectful behavior.
ksh is not fully cancelled. he is soft cancelled because there are allegations against him and businesses dont want to risk being with him and he ends up guilty. this is common practice everywhere. the difference is in america, you only get cancelled for being the worst human possible (kanye's half album was trending #1, which would be inconceiveable in korea).
