But I do agree with the comment above, it makes more sense if billing follows the character arc. If it’s ML centered, then the ML should get main billing, if it’s FL centered, then the FL should. And if both are equally important, then equal billing is the fairest.

She’s probably just super busy with business projects, like, we just found out she’s about to be announced as dafuyan’s global spokesperson (in collaboration with People’s Daily News) and her ELLE mag. is coming too.
As for the Wanhua, it hasn’t even started filming yet, but it’s a huge project with 12 story arcs in different locations, covering historcal, modern, republican, school settings and more. So when it does start, it’s going to be a massive production.
Basically, she’s just juggling endrsements, mag shoots and prepping for a super COMPLEX drama. that's why she’s been out of sight for a long time.
