personally felt like they were able to stick the landing here this finale though im still a bit bitter about jeongyo's ending. on a side note, not everyone may agree but im honestly tired of the whole “bromance” label in kdramas. dont get me wrong, there’s nothing inherently wrong with an open ending. what frustrates me is how often it feels like we’re expected to be grateful for ambiguity because actually depicting queerness is still treated as too much, as seen in a lot of hateful comments that were posted on this site. i understand that depicting love is beyond just kisses or skinship. even i think that their conversations this episode showed just how much they love each other. but we can read between the lines, analyze the lingering looks, the intimacy, the devotion, the symbolism, but apparently saying “yes, these two men are in love” is where the line has to be drawn.

i obviously don’t need every male friendship to secretly be romantic, and I don’t think every story involving two men has to be queer. I just want the freedom for a story to actually say that two men love each other without immediately retreating behind the “well, it’s up to the viewer” excuse.

no offense though 'cause i genuinely thoroughly enjoyed this show, also lee jun-young oozed star quality. but im just longing for the time where we dont just celebrate queer subtext in korean media, but actual representation💔

despite the preview am i the only one who has hope this is gonna end somewhat happily after seeing the direction this episode took? if im wrong then it's fine, my tissue box is still half full for tomorrow 💔

hate to be a party pooper but if this show follows the majority of common drama cliches then i’m 100% sure pi-o is gonna die by the end of the show ✌️

what a beautiful story of love and acceptance! this series was packed with emotions and significance from beginning to end. tanrak and barth’s development throughout the show is soo moving! geminifourth did their big one on this

wow that ending was so incredibly powerful! no words were spoken, yet what remained silent spoke volumes and i could understand all of it clearly. i don’t know if it’s too early to say, but this show just might have found the formula in telling stories that are actually compelling. personally, this only being 6 episodes isn’t really a big deal. unlike a lot of shows with 12 episodes that still fail to deliver, what matters especially with this show is on how they will execute the message and vision behind this story. because so far, these characters have felt like real people instead of plot devices. i hope gmmtv knows what this show needs to be, and i hope this becomes a show that stays long with its audience after it finishes.

just started this like yesterday and was surprised to see a literal webtoon illustration come to life with paran's actor. why am i not seeing more people gagging on this omg he's ethereal asf

jimmysea's chemistry is truly so natural and gorgeous. as someone who does not really side with the idea of fixed couples,, this is why i still respect it. they're one of the few ones onscreen who genuinely makes me giggle during sweet moments, makes me feel for them during emotional banters/conflicts, and all the more their appreciation and respect to the art itself. personally so far, this series is shaping up to be just an average show, but jimmysea's presence is what makes it so enjoyable, and i think that's wonderful.

lowkey unrelated but jimmy has got to be one of the most charismatic thai actor i have seen,, there's just something about him that makes me want to keep watching him😭 ever since i first saw him in bad buddy i was hooked by his vibe and visual from the get-go, and im still the same watching him as Thap here in the series
