Why not, there are so many young 20ish actress why choose someone of 17, honestly it's bad casting. when they know it's definitely gonna have weird impact, 18 now, really at the time of shooting is the age that matters, and in a historical romance drama if there's any romance then it fails
It's the most stress ful drama fir me, could not continue after Part 1, i loved it so much but why she didn't have happy ending with fang bei ðŸ˜, i wanted them together too much, jing doesn't deserve her
Everyone except Wu shiguang forgot everything as ji ling went back 50 years in the past to stop lu wuyi being born, And world got Rewritten. So every memory they had vanished in New world ...
And Ji ling & Lu wuyi did they got stuck in space time rift , so they are in another world from Wu Shiguang and everyone (where there is no existent of demons,only as stories ) But even Ji ling forgot who they were, and thier life starts from passerby- stranger
So here is what i understand from the ending, ji ling and lu wuyi didn't meet in another life, its the same timeline…
Then why did Ji ling forgot Lu wuyi, they act as if they just met each other, and let's say he pretended to not know lu wuyi, his expression says otherwise it's as if she met a beautiful woman , and love at first sight He says, if he was boss then he would have given her flowers, if he was old ji ling , he would have given her in that moment not 1 min later
Still better than the garbage coming out of hollywood
I too would have suggested fee years back movies like Eternal Sunshine of spotless mind, Groundhog Day,500 Days of Summer, Cast Away, Lost in Translation, Upgrade 2018, Substance, Gone Girl , Before Sunrise, The Truman show etc
So, *VOS* is one of the few drama ( few means 6-7) that i have watched without skipping any scenes , if anyone skips scenes they would not understand many plotline such is the drama, What is not in it, Edward Guo always exceeds expectations....i thought MJTY, FoF were enough how can one man give Piece Of Art after Art, so i had low expectations regarding the story of VOS but god, he said jold my beer and made us cry a river of beerðŸ˜
