like you said they're not that close to have a skinship. Like man onetime telling her to leave his house if she don't like it and the second minute get a side smile from her touch. it's just so sudden seriously every time i get so flustered i pause and take time bury my face in a pillow

Ye Li being so direct with Mo XiuYao makes me flusterrrr while watching ㅠㅠ imagine what happens to him. she just go hug him, sleep on his leg so suddenly i don't know what to do ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

after watching ep8, i feel like you might be right ...

I still love the fact that she's literarily was trapped in a abandon academy alone to the point of hallucination and the marriage saved her. I feel like crying every time i remember she literary was so happy about it that she offered to find him a present from her box because she's grateful to him for accepting this marriage and then got protective of him killing people for his revenge [and her revenge as well].
On the other hand, he was also guilt trapped and tortured for 8 years unable to rescue himself or his family and just left angry to himself until she comes ... and now he's going to be protective of her .....

i am not sure but maybe it was the queen who ordered him to go rescue her and her mother from a massacre she knows about and organized ... he left the cities and successfully rescued both of them but later her mother died for some reason [if she's actually dead] but the queen is the one who hide the order lead Mo xiu Yao brother to die and then organized the marriage and carriage to pick up the girl from the academy .. a bit dramatic but i have this feeling the queen is super suspicious and they hinted that she feels guilt about something that happened to the academy and also Mo xiu Yao himself seems suspicious of the queen when he ask Ye Li if she is nervous from meeting her, he seemed really concerned.

I think this drama is gonna be my new comfort drama. 2 Lonely people find comfort in the company of each other, they both rescued each other and slowly building their relationship together toward a stable happy family. I love the slow base, the plot, cheng lei voice and everything about the drama

I know he dupped his voice in the drama but i still get the chills every time his voice is extra clear. pure Cheng lei's voice is sooooo noticeable in episode 7 [31:44], i had to repeat this scene more times just to enjoy his voice .... i haven't heard it this clear since his voice in My Journey To You

I am guess a massacre happened in the academy and she's the only survivor and that's why monkeys attacked her... i think she lived lonely for quiet a long time imaging the rest of the people with no money to leave until they sent a carriage to get her following her marriage arrangement.
And maybe in her revenge plan, the queen is saved for last since i get the feeling she suspensions and she might be responsible for the massacre and she knows everyone is dead but maybe didn't mean to kill her mother.... i also feel like Mo xiu yao brother leaving the boarder cities might be related to rescuing the people in the academy as he knew about the massacre

i didn't know that i used to trust the reviews here ... but i don't know what's wrong with people about this drama even Chinese viewers having controversial reviews as if we didn't wait years for THIS DRAMA TO FINALLY AIR.

i REALLY CAN'T BELIEVE THE RATING, i feel like the first 5 episode is actually so good as so catching even for me the one whole didn't read the novel. the acting is amazing and finally we don't have alot of filter used on the actors and they're using their real voice. everything about this drama is promising so far .... what's wrong with these rating ??!!!

The first 5 episode is really catchy i wished i can binge watch this one. But can we talk more about the fact the cheng lei with his real voice after long time .... i am really so emotional about that. I hope in the future he do more and more roles with his own voice

was ep.10 released ??

so the ML will migrate back to 2016 by that time the FL in original world doesn't know about him anything because to her the event still didn't happed. ML will be afraid to approach her so he will become a CEO and tries to make the sorry famous again so that FL might see a lead and find him when she comeback from the story in 2025. fast forward he will be the reseaon the same story become popular again in 2025 and so FL will read it and get transmigrated. they will make an adaption of that story in the original world and will make YongEr and the palace doctor are the leads of the adaption movie

The drama was soo good in everything. the acting the chemistry the plot and pace. i just hoped there were more romantic scenes between ML and FL cause the chemistry is insaane, although i felt the overall plot focused more on plotting and strategic planning and sooo little romantic scence between the leads. another point was the ending i hoped we had more scenes when they transmigrated back to real world specially when the material was already there in the novel and so far they did adapted the novel very well and in details so i hoped they kept the ending also detailed. it was much more touching and i don't think it has something to do with censorship since they didn't start dating in 2016 when zhang san was middle schooler. they were going to meet again in 2026 as adults and then FL would've known that ML was originally the reason she transmigrated back in 2026. the novel ending also gave justice to YoungEr romance with the palace doctor so it was just perfect. such a shame it was edited otherwise very nice adaption. I am planning to maybe watch the animated version later, i saw some details are different more true to the novel and i guess they have more freedom away from the censorship in the animated version
