Kopiko is an Indonesian company and they hit it big when they started doing product placements in kdramas a few years back. The marketing was genius and they now rank as one of the top selling coffee candies globally. So I’m pretty sure they know what they’re doing.

I was surprised SH let that comment go so quickly. If your parent that you thought was your bio parent said they shouldn’t have taken you in, you’d question the hell out of that! Who just lets that go?? His character is so ridiculous it’s hilarious.

I thought this was just a comedy, I didn’t know I was going to cry! 😭

Even if he remembers the incident it’s not likely he would remember her face clearly enough, it’s been 20 years.

I liked it too, I just think the comedy didn’t always land well. This has a better balance. It leans in just enough then comes back at the right moment.

The comedy in this drama reminds me of Pump Up The Healthy Love, but it’s actually done right.

For whatever reason I came in with low expectations but these first two episodes were so dang cute!

Please writers, don’t let this drama go off the rails!

I came to the comments with the same question. I wondered if I missed something because it’s still not clear to me why they want to take him down so badly. Why bother hiring him as a pro bono attorney just to try and get him out? what’s all this for?

Netflix US shows 20, 45 min episodes. MDL says 10, 45 min episodes. Is there a part two on MDL or is the page wrong?

These leads are amazing and I can’t wait. To anyone who thinks the age gap is an issue, it’s only 10 years and Go Eun is 35 not a child, it’ll be ok.

I’m saying this as a 45 yo. who watched his last drama, Tempest. Kang Dong Won looks amazing, the man is seriously handsome but he also looks his age. As he should. There’s no universe where he could pass as under 30.

I’ve been holding this movie so I can watch on a New Year’s Eve and today it’s finally going to happen.

I wonder why this drama wasn’t picked up by any major streaming platforms. It’s really good.

I had a lot of thoughts and opinions about the disabled child episode but I looked into it further and found out that a child with a disability in SK is pretty much the worst thing that could happen to a family. The protesting of schools for disabled children really happens. After reading an article from September 2025 that explained it, the whole adoption at court made more sense. Maybe it was a way to show the citizens of SK that disabled people are and should be valued like everyone else. I still wish they left abortion out of it completely because I don’t feel it was handled well, but the overall message makes more sense now.

Yeah those aren’t in the Kocowa part of my Viki either. I went out and bought a subscription to the separate platform Kokowa+ because I got so annoyed not seeing them on Viki. I can’t understand why Viki is advertising Kokowa shows when they don’t actually have their whole catalog. It’s a tease and confusing.

That’s so weird! Viki isn’t listed on my MDL for this drama at all. It never has been. So they must have it specific to the region but then that’s even weirder since it lists Viki for you but it’s not on Viki.
