LOLLLLLL just end this trainwreck already Ppl actually thought the housekeeper had all this power?? Bahahaha Give…
I said something semi embarrassing 20 years ago and I still can’t forget it. It haunts me and it wasn’t even that bad.

Her forgetting is hilarious. Her reaction tell us it was a major event for her that she created. Sure people block out situations all the time but baby swapping? come on now. The whole first few years she would have been so paranoid that something would happen or someone would say something to question parentage. Every little thing would have made her paranoid. But nothing, just done and forgotten.

I don’t know why I expect this drama to make sense. I never has!

It's not 1 bathroom for 8 rich people it's a boudoir near the dinning room to brush ones teeth after meals to…
Even in the real world that doesn’t make sense. Boudoirs are typically a woman’s sitting or dressing room. Could someone use for brushing teeth, sure. But its certainly not a family affair with all your toothbrushs in jar. In this drama, calling it that makes even less sense considering they most certainly didn’t all make their way to brush their teeth one by one after their awkward and often volatile meals.

Lmfao first of all why didnt she just rip the divorce papers to shreds in her face instantly when she got them??…
Right! I kept wondering why she didn’t rip up the paper or just go to SeRi and tell the partial truth. She can easily say that she’s being pressured into signing the divorce papers. that GC and lawyer kidnapped the chairman, again and threatening his life. She can take SeRi to the hospital and show her he’s missing. She’s been there before so it’s not like it’s hard to prove. Then just tell her that the lawyer is going to lie, he’s going to tell SeRi that she doesn’t really love and want to protect SeRi. She could plant enough doubt in SeRi that GC wouldn’t stand a chance regardless of what they said about Lucia.

I ask these questions and come up with plausible scenarios but all the while I know those things will never happen. They can’t because Lucia is a dumbass who can’t swallow the sun!

It is comedic relief at this point - HEY CAN YOU BELIEVE WHAT THEY JUST DID??? haha ha ha ha - is how you watch…
For real! I laugh during every episode from disbelief. Like really, you didn’t think they would do that AGAIN! 😂 🤦‍♀️ It’s so bad it’s comical. This is my second daily drama, I came off of Queens House which I loved from episode 1. With that one, we had real change and growth just over 1/2 way and it was so much fun. This one started off rocky for me but I held out hope. I have no more hope. I’d drop it but it’s almost a morbid curiosity now.
On The Woman Who Swallowed the Sun Nov 11, 2025
The people who honestly think Lucia and Moon are smart and just playing the long game are few and far between, right? If you believe this, please explain. I can’t see it. I am so over the constant cycle of them being painfully naive and clueless. With 16 episodes left there’s been little growth. Every single episode has been a facepalm moment of idocracy.

I feel like we should all receive awards for making it to the end. “I Survived The Woman Who Swallowed the Sun” Tshirts 😂 Will those be made?

I don’t know what it is about this drama but it’s checking off all the comedy boxes for me. I find their pettiness hilarious and not overly done. It’s dramatic but it toes the line well. The ridiculousness is oddly relatable even though it’s not a shared experience. I’m loving it.

I think one thing writers missed out is Nam mo mother worked in Bank right?(If i am wrong correct me)so how can…
Because desperation clouds judgment. She needed it to work and be true. Scammers are good and just like pyramid schemes today, they sell you on a dream. They show you it can work and they are good at making you believe it will.

I’ve known a few people to get sucked in and it’s sad. You’d think they know better but wanting that dream to be true is hard for some people to walk away from.

Title Last Summer
Choi SungEun is beautiful! But beyond that, she’s a very skilled actress. The emotional weight of her character…
I don’t disagree. However, I think when a 12 episode drama starts to unfold as if it’s a 16 episode drama, viewers will loose patience and interest more quickly. I’ve read many comments that say after episode 3 there’s more confusion with the plot that anything else. A lot will need to be cleared up in episode 4 because at that point you’re already 1/3 of the way through.

Everything in today’s episode (except Stella showing Lucia the (fake) DNA report) could be clips from the previous…
I was wondering the exact same thing about the actor playing the chairman. Hes practically written out of the show. He’s rarely visited in the hospital or even talked about. At this point the chairman could die and the story could move forward like it didn’t happen. Just Lucia would be on the street but I’m sure she has money for an apt somewhere.

We need some serious reveals. We’re down the the end and the plot has hardly moved forward since she got married.
On The Woman Who Swallowed the Sun Nov 6, 2025
Was this a filler episode or did I miss something important cause it felt like nothing happened at all. Lucia had to be told about the DNA test cause she never knows anything. Was that really it for episode 101? Do I need to rewatch and not blink?

I kept wanting to use your patented “ffs” watching Stella becoming… I’m not even sure what words to use! All…
Right, I’d peace out too! After all they’ve been through Stella turns her back with zero explanation? How can Lucia forgive her and go back to friends after that? This has been their whole reason for living, to seek revenge on that family. Stella can F all the way off.

but seriously, the fact Lucia hasn’t put 2 and 2 together is hilarious, on par, but still hilarious. I mean come on. They know GC had a child and assume it’s Su Ri. Lucia knows Stella’s son had a relationship with GC and died because of the chairman. Can they really not do the math? Lucia is there just loosing her sh*t knowing full well she’s gotten close to Su Ri and GC and it’s not crossed her mind there could be familial ties?

This drama is so ridiculous it’s comical.

How long was the bio mom gone before she got into the car accident? How long after the bio mom left did they change…
Yep probably right on being vague for a reason. It’s going to drive me crazy if this whole revenge on the mom could have been avoided had they just had one conversation!

Thank you!

I think the same about the chairman. There’s no way he actually tried to find her.

Title A Graceful Liar Spoiler
Question, because I can’t remember if they said and I’m trying to understand the timeline.
How long was the bio mom gone before she got into the car accident?

How long after the bio mom left did they change the FL name and move?

I know the mom leaving is indefensible, definitely not trying to argue otherwise. It just seems like she’s been searching for her daughter ever since. So was the accident 3 days in, a month, a year? I want to understand how the dad and step mom justify their decision to move and change the FL name so she couldn’t be found. Then eventually saying she’s dead.

Then with the FL. I can only assume she’s been told the mom never looked for her which the dad knows isn’t true. She went to the prison and tried to explain she was in an accident. He wouldn’t hear it. but again the timeline matters. A week later and he’s kinda ridiculous. A year later and I’d understand. So what has she been told that she wouldn’t even try to find out if the mom looked? Surely she knows it would be a challenge with having a whole different name than she was given.

1] Seonjae got Chairman locked up in some mental institution, on his own accord, to save his own skin. But Gyeongchae…
The first one, she may have questioned the action at first but she was all for it and signed off. The second, that’s all him so it’ll be all the more entertaining when she finds out Se Ri isn’t her daughter at all.

Are you all only able to watch the series on Disney in English dubbed? I honestly want the Korean dub. :(
Hulu has both Korean and English dubbed.

IF he does that will be a major social commentary on the patriarchal dinosaurs, workforce, household politics…
Lol I love standard responses like yours. It’s about as predictable as a romcom. Seriously though, just search. You’ll find your Netflix questions and all the dramas you need to cover whatever issues you want. Just look at My Liberation Notes, My Mister, Itaewon Class for example (and in my country, all on Netflix). If you think they don’t fit then maybe take a step back and really think about the messages being sent.

You do you though. This comment section isn’t for discussing other dramas. Have a good one. 🫶🏻

Sky Castle covers them all. If you need more, search engines are always helpful.
