An original way of telling a story about the true meaning of family
I really loved how well everything is written in all aspects—plot, storytelling, dialogue and even the pacing. This really allowed the actors to show their full potential and so I'm not surprised that, in my opinion, this is the best Cho Yihyun's best work to date and one of my favorite dramas that featured the legendary Kim Migyung.
It's not always you get a story that uses shamanism as basis for the story and its main characters, and this drama is one of the very few—if not the only—instance where it is used in a modern context instead of a historical/sageuk drama context. I loved how they used many elements and components of it to tell a story of family, reconciliation, romance, trauma and healing which gave me something very new and original from how other dramas of similar genres and topics would tell this type of story.
