yeah, I felt that too. it did feel a bit off. I feel like Por does good acting other emotions but this one seemed…
Thank you, at least I'm not the only one. I dont think he is a bad actor, but he is still a rookie, and this is his first major acting role. But if there is an emotional scene and it's not delivered, I sometimes get annoyed because I want to feel what they feel.
Actually the series director posted on x that he was supposed to cry awkwardly cuz its his ckt 1st time try to…
Doesn’t matter what the director or the book says, I’m judging the series solely on what’s on screen. Anything outside of that I won’t consider/bring up. If people are confused by or don’t connect with the scene, then in my view, the actor didn’t deliver. If you think he did, that’s ok. And if others didn’t, that’s ok too. To each their own.
Acting is hard, and he's young. I agree, but no reason to hate on him. I'm not saying you did at all, just want…
I was only talking about that scene. I understand he’s young and still a rookie, but an actor is ultimately judged on their acting. I’m not hating. it’s just my opinion, and I know you’re not saying I am. Pointing out a flaw or having a different view doesn’t mean someone is being hateful. Not everything has to be positive; pointing out both the good and the bad is part of enjoying and discussing a series.
What’s funny is that Por ended up looking like he was awkwardly forcing tears while trying to hold them back. I know Qin’s character is supposed to restrain his tears and can’t cry easily because his walls are so high due to trauma, but the actor just didn’t deliver.
Yunjae is not an Angel. Was not a good friend nor “Considerate or Innocent” towards Sunwook on the show.Yunjae…
The problem lies with people not seeing this objectively. They see things that they want to see and what they want to happen. They are on the Yunjae perspective train, and have decided that he is a saint who can do no wrong and needs to be protected at all costs.
We're in a Roh Jeong Eui Disasterclass, with 4 Kdramas that flop with pathetic audiences:- Hierarchy (2024)- The…
And thank goodness I never watched those. But she was good in 18 again and the great show. I’ve seen some clips of her recent acting, and she seems lifeless and bland. I was going to watch this for the SML Park Seoham (I liked him in Semantic Error), but since all the comments are so negative, I guess I dodged a bullet.
I think this dating format should change. All the Korean dating programs have the same formula. They should introduce speed dating in the beginning so that everyone can get to know each other.
👏👏Been thinking the same thing.People don't care, they just didn't want all the contestants who knew each…
HanGyeol isn’t exactly “successful.” After Taichi honestly shared his feelings and gently rejected him, HanGyeol moved on to Big Hyeokjin. He’s actually been more successful in the dating part—he went on dates with Little Hyeokjin, Hyunjun, Big Hyeokjin, Taichi, and even Sumin at the end (if we can count that). On the other hand, YunJae chose to focus solely on Hyunjun and didn’t explore other options. But I don't understand why, since Hyunjun hardly made any moves to Yunjae, only one phone call, and Hyunjun said I am curious to see his personality, as he hardly knows him. Maybe Yunjae was blinded by love or just attracted to Hyunjun, who knows? Yunjae even said in his interview something like, “Why do I even like Hyunjun?”
What’s also “unfair” is that the previous cast had to do a reshoot because of that one problematic character. All in all, it seems like everyone here has been treated unfairly in some way.
By the way, I’m genuinely curious if smoking is considered a normal thing in Korea. I don't really watch K-dramas,…
lots of korean men smoke. 30-40 % smoke now. While it’s considered normal there, the percentage of male smokers has likely decreased compared to the past.
Minsung's interviews were so funny - that's why I kind of like him this season
I also like that, but also the part where he says, "I should be angry at him, but then it kinda disappears after seeing him," something along those lines, when they are on the train. This guy just makes me laugh. 🤣
If you think he did, that’s ok.
And if others didn’t, that’s ok too.
To each their own.
