Gtg is a strong dual novel for fl & ml but they downgrade the ml character so bad in drama they make him weak all the time when both of them supposed to be strong/powerful and his screentime is just ridiculous :(

in the novel, the ML wasn't deliberately captured. he was really in a rush to prove & explain the misunderstanding to FL until he was caught by qingyue sect. but the drama made it look like all of these were part of his scheme... sigh. the screenwriter really did dirty to ML character. yes, he's manipulative and obssessive but he wouldn't use the female lead like that..

it's because she knows deep down she loves him and dont want to leave him behind :( fl miss her family & friends but she also cant bear to leave ml alone bc of his past tragic childhood & his parents all died. moreover he never treats her badly besides being manipulative & obssessive. these two characters need depth analysis bc they think differently and different personality but they love each other

but fl is smart she actually knows everything about his tricks behind her back and shes willing. dont forget shes cps's niece
