this was an interesting watch! but for whatever reason, i didn’t like it as much as i hoped i would.
don’t get me wrong, it is a good drama. I love the premise, the metaphors and the hidden meanings. acting was generally good. I didn’t quite like Matsumi’s acting in the beginning , but i feel like it got better towards the end. I seem to be in the minority here, but the nsfw scenes were a bit too explicit for my liking, i was NOT prepared for that😅
the best part about this was yuma! I absolutely loved that kid and his energy😂
fun fact, I DON’T EVEN WATCH THAI BLs! this is literally the first one I watched, started watching a few days ago. but the hold this drama has on me is craaaazyyyy😭
in my timezone, ep11 came out right when i woke up in the morning. the way the first thing i did after opening my eyes was watching the episode 😭 i haven’t been this desperate for a drama episode in a really long time!!
OMG, starting Thai bls with DWY is so lucky!! No toxicity, just cuteness all around <3 If you want a recommendation…
ikr??🥹 but now my standards are too high, and i doubt anything else (of this genre at least) can match my standards 😭
omg yes I'd love some recommendations for similar dramas - cute, no toxicity, generally likeable characters, hopefully no unnecessary misunderstandings that lasts for days. please recommend me some if you have any! i just dmed you🥰
the synopsis of ThamePo looks pretty interesting! althought, I'm not much of a fan of slow burns, how slow are we talking about? around which episode do they start dating? (feel free to spoil me in the comments or dms💕)
after finishing s1 and reading the synopsis here, im out. I struggled with teh the first time, but i cannot stand…
not a love triangle per se. but there’s some degree of cheating involved. teh starts feeling attracted towards jai, and they end up kissing when they were practicing for a scene in their play.
you’d probably struggle even more with teh’s actions this time. he does suffer consequences of his actions, and has a redemption arc, though. if that makes things any better.
PS. a man in his 30s is NOT “middle-aged” ffs😭

(ep 6 40:21) this made me laugh so hard 🤣

undoubtably one of the best dramas I’ve ever watched!
