it's not like i had low expectations but it was a netflix production so i had to be lowkey...but what the fuck...the fucking chemistry the dance...the opposing personalities...the intimacy bitch gaggeddd
when Ryoto said as time goes by forging relationships w the sort of devotion Watarai has for Hioki decreases... literally felt a pang in my heart...this is my comfort show dammit why'd you have to give me a reality check and Ryoto's gaydar was too immaculate rooting for them after watching them for 5 minutes lmaoo
this show is sooo underrated imo...I love them so much...their dynamic their personalities their chemistry how secretly they yearn for each other and OGami has shown a side of love we rarely see in media...in media when we think of love it's grand gestures and physical intimacy but here was selfless enough to let his work suffer so he could uplift Kano Also him buying the exclusive chocolate... he's so damn sweet
spoilers for the book
in the book parallel Ogami also tries to buy the chocolate but since the line was too long he left empty handed and to think OGami stood there for a long time to buy it...made me so emo... they're so cute
Ep. 8:It took the entire episode for Hioki to utter two or three sentences.I know the stuttering and stammering…
look I've gone through your comments and i disagree w so much but the girls being airheads confessing trope that JBLs have pisses me off so bad i wonder if this actually happens in Japan but it's ALWAYS there in every school romance BL...
Honest ask, why was Hioki so hesitant to answer? It took him witnessing others want Watarai to suddenly decide.…
I feel this is v easy to answer... he's feeling conflict mind you this boy was probably a straight kid all his life and the confession probably made him realize stuff...plus it's Watarai he's a class celebrity all eyes will be on him and he doesn't like that when he said that he felt most comfortable that was him subconsciously admitting he likes being w him...he just probably didn't know how to label it plus that's a child...kids aren't the best at realising stuff lol
danggg lol is this that good that it has a super high rating but release 1 dam episode?!?! 😩😩
if you love fluff Absolutely...this show gives me cuteness aggression and makes my cheeks hurt w how much I smile watching these boys fall in love and look the plot is not something unique or intense but every technical and artistic aspect of this show hits the nail on the head I feel it's a must watch even if school romances aren't your cup of tea the cinematography is also amazing and the colours in the show 😍😍😍 after watching western shows w bad lighting this is like a gift to me i highly recommend but if you can wait for two weeks it'll finish airing then you can binge watch although I will say my experience w the fandom was fun w the speculation and the official page releasing off shots and stuff
I honestly don't have a problem with a drama without kisses. Not every drama has to be hot and steamy especially…
Cherry magic barely had hand holding yet it is in my top 5 of all time the writing and acting was that good on the opp end I've dropped shows because they had too many NC scenes that didn't make sense to the plot and I say this as a huge men kissing each other enthusiast
Hioki’s accidental confession saying I like you has to be one of the cutest moments I have ever seen. It slipped…
you should definitely read vol 2 then...it focuses on the last year of their HS and the conversation regarding their future are a huge part of a story... there's also one chapter of them being in college...which was very 🥰🥵
and Ryoto's gaydar was too immaculate rooting for them after watching them for 5 minutes lmaoo
in the book he was comic relief and in the show he brought me to tears
would love to know about his experience dating a guy too
