Don't miss it. If you are into periodic drama, just go for it. Absolutely amazing.

This is one of the best BLs I have ever seen. The acting, the plot, the direction, the screenplay, the plot twists—everything is absolutely perfect. One 31 never disappoints when it comes to delivering BL lakrons.

Especially the chemistry between the main leads, Sasin and Seankew - it’s truly amazing. The way they portrayed their struggles in love and the typical societal taboos surrounding the LGBTQ community is just perfect.

Even the portrayal of the female character, Pin, stands out. In most BLs, female characters tend to feel a bit annoying or unnecessary, but here, she’s different. At first, she may seem naive, but by the end, you’ll be impressed by her performance, her attitude, and the way she handles situations.

And finally, I have to mention the chemistry and the slow-paced romance between the leads - their struggles to build a life together, the family conflicts, Sasin’s hardships, and Seankew’s grandmother’s understandings . It’s all portrayed so beautifully.

For me, this series is a true masterpiece. After "To Sir With Love" , I had huge expectations from One 31, and once again, they did not disappoint me. It’s truly perfect.

if you enjoyed secret relationship , revenged love, Abo desire.. just give this a chance

This series is pure morally dark BL perfection.
Fan Xiao is operating on an entirely different psychological level; every manipulation, every calculated silence, every lingering touch feels deliciously intentional. The way he plays with everyone’s emotions is so twisted yet so captivating. It’s impossible not to fall deeper into his mind games.

And the actors? Phenomenal.
They’re carrying the entire emotional weight of this story with such precision that even the smallest gestures feel loaded with meaning. The tension between the leads is insane; quiet, sharp, addictive.

Also, I never thought I’d say this, but the cigarette scenes deserve an award on their own. The way the smoke curls around him, the way he holds it, is Dangerous, seductive, almost symbolic of the whole show’s atmosphere. It’s criminal how sexy it looks.

I am absolutely hooked on this emotional rollercoaster. Every episode pulls me deeper into the chaos, the angst, the obsession.

China really came out swinging with this one. Go China, go.

A Fantasy BL That Started Like a Masterpiece… and Ended Like a Mess

As a BL watcher who LOVES fantasy, I went into this series with sky-high expectations. The trailer looked incredible, the mythological concept was everything I wanted, and the first few episodes absolutely delivered. I was hooked.

But then… the downfall began.

The pacing slowed to the point where it felt like the story was being stretched just to fill time. Scenes dragged. Plot points went in circles. And honestly, it started to feel like they had no idea where they were going anymore.

The only thing keeping the show alive was the chemistry between the leads: because WOW, they were handsome and absolutely electric together. Their tension, eye contact, and interactions were the backbone of the entire series. Even the absurd product placements were more entertaining than some of the plot development.

The kiss between Khunkao and Siwat? Good, but honestly could’ve been better especially the awkward hand placement and rushed buildup.
But the water kiss? Now THAT was hot. The way they grabbed each other… that scene carried the whole episode on its back.

Thara’s character also fooled me at first. I thought he was just being jealous and messy for no reason, but later it became clear he was dragging a whole suitcase of emotional baggage from his past. That twist actually added depth.

And the professor? Still the weirdest character in the entire show. His motives made ZERO sense, and I’m still convinced he’s Kalankal from the past, but honestly at this point, even the show didn’t care enough to explain him properly.

And now… let’s talk about the ending.

Because that ending?
A complete disaster.
It was rushed, confusing, meaningless, and felt like the writers just gave up and dropped the script on the floor. All the buildup, all the tension, all the mythology gone.
Wasted.
They wrapped it up so badly that it ruined the whole experience for me.
I finished the drama and literally sat there thinking, “THAT’S IT??”

I gave this drama a good review at first, but after watching the ending, absolutely not. I can’t keep that rating anymore. For a story that started so beautifully, the finale felt like a slap in the face.

Overall:
It’s great in the beginning, amazing chemistry, strong visuals… but the ending ruins everything.
A fantasy BL with incredible potential that chose chaos instead of closure.
