She said “人妖共存不是梦” direct translation would be “human and demons co-exist is not a dream”; but in figurative, she meant the co-exist between human and demons is not impossible.

I think you got the translation wrong. He said “在姐姐心中 倾城从来就是回忆， 但姐姐说的话倾城不忘” meaning “In jiejie’s heart, Qingcheng has always been a memory but Qingcheng will never forget your words”

very unlikely.. hongye died of old age (comic also include that too). I saw a reuter of blond Fugui fighting with Rumu. Somehow the black fox probably prosessed Fugui before something happened to Rumu. oh and blond fugui also have a fight scene with Jingting as well.
