yeah. the only way to stop the rating from going lower is to stop advertising it to new watchers. If they keep singing its praise,passerbys will tune in to Attack and hatewatch and Since the ML is quite popular,it will lead to even more backlash.

Yes going by the equivalent douban rating,it should be holding atleast an 8.8 here on mdl,but i guess Fandom wars surpassed transparency on this app. Thankfully people outside here only uses viki and imdb to judge dramas👏👏

it is considered highly watchable and it is very high for a modern idol drama. actually it would have had an over 7 rating if it was not heavily mass downvoted by numerous Rival fandoms since the first day of its airing. most over 8.5 idol dramas here on Mdl have lower rating than this drama on douban.

This series was bombarded with Serious hate and downvoting from different Rival haters from the first day of its airing till date But the general public still gave it a much higher rating cause its well deserved. same is happening on Mdl but im grateful that a good cdrama never hides its tails, it might have been higher tbh if it wasn't so attacked. All it takes to enjoy a drama is to give it a Chance. Congratulations to my Yijing couple. seven epsidoes were cut from this and the drama got no promotion. All xianxias you were talking about were not just highly promoted,they also aired in a competitive era and they all maintained 40 episodes.
