There were so many better alternatives to how they could have handled his story but they chose to ignore them. It still haunts me how he wasn’t really mourned considering how the pig squad was so close.

I get your point but with this drama it’s actually the opposite, it didn’t start on a low note for people to have been triggered to drop it earlier. It actually started on a high note, the first two episodes were heart wrecking/frustrating but they instantly turned tables by giving us a pumped up Miyu and career oriented Ji Feng. Though the story has progressed in a way we wouldn’t label as bad, after episode 20 we really hoped for it to take a different trajectory to what we got considering how they had kept us hooked.
I guess some of the audience is still holding on in the anticipation that the storyline will get better or at least a satisfactory happy ending will be delivered.

That being said, l do realize that some complaints here are overbearing and do deserve to be toned down.🫠

Right now it actually seems like a pandemic of most Cdramas collapsing halfway after starting on a very high note😫 The epoch of Miyu being one of them, you won’t believe the extremely high hopes l had for it after l watched it’s first episodes😭

A moment but forever’s ending displeased me too😫 but l am once again having high hopes for FCY🥹🫠

I have reached the point of thinking about watching the last episode only because I have been too patient for 30 whole episodes😫🫠

The fact that you said “so far at least” is really what’s worrying me right now. I am concerned if the momentum will be consistent, sloppy or even better by the time we reach the last episode.

I too didn’t have any expectations for this drama but I am quite pleased with how it has been progressing so far!🤭

Dare I say despite this drama having some frustrating parts here and there, we might still be stuck on it because there are some of them which are quite relatable or should l say, not so fantasy-like but things that actually happen in real life.

I am so in love with Fate chooses you, the only thing l regret is watching it while it’s still ongoing 😫

Right 😫 l hate how she does this to make herself feel like she’s winning when she’s already fighting a lost battle.

I couldn’t have said it better! Telling Mr Ji to come to her after he gets his house in order would be a game changer.

For the closing scene they said let’s skip the norm, we shall have, “saving the gentleman in distress!”😂😭

I first read your comment before watching the drama, you won’t believe the way l laughed when l then started watching as episode 3 unfolded because baby girl really was portraying 100% terminator vibes. 😂😂😂

In that aspect he really is not the best option for her. Despite him being shady l do like how he’s able to take the initiative when it comes to shooting his shot at Miyu, his actions are misplaced but the pacing is what we need among grow ups. I do understand that Jing Feng has priorities and concerns when it comes to getting into a relationship with Miyu or even confessing his feelings but the way he’s dragging us through it all when we can clearly tell how much he’s into her is frustrating.

Nothing really mind blowing happened but just a few highlights of the story progression in the following episodes l guess. On a good note though, these two episodes have shown us a more tolerable and firm Miyu compared to the previous ones. As always, Ji Feng is still playing cat and mouse games😏🤦🏻‍♀️
I don’t want to spoil much for you🫠 overall today’s episodes were lighter than yesterday’s episodes .

l guess Miyu’s facial expression when Zhenzhen slapped Yichang represented most of us😂😂😂

I don’t really know if they realize how they are selling the SML to us compared to Ji Feng. As of now Tan has better vibes while Ji Feng has been stressing us out the past episodes how can we root for him at this rate? 😫😭
