To be honest, we as common people never really know what happens behind closed doors in the film industry. But one thing is very strict and non-negotiable: a child must have at least one parent or a legal guardian present on set at all times. There is absolutely no compromise on this rule. A manager can never act as a parent or guardian, no matter who they are.

Many actors, directors, and even producers have openly talked about how challenging it is to shoot with child actors because they have to arrange everything around the child’s school timings and daily routine. But these restrictions exist for the child's safety. And the results show—many of those child actors have grown up to become some of the biggest stars in the industry today.

Hey no hard feelings.
It's just that every media even google said she died on 16 feb . So I thought she committed sucide on that day. So everyone thinks why would one commit sucide on your ex birthday.
If she didn't died on 16 feb then when did she died?
If even her death date is modified then the entire system is fucked up?

Are you a korean? If Yes can you please tell me how does minors labour law works in korea. Weather
it's a child artist or idol. If they are minors how does law works for them.

I'm from a country where child labour act is so strict.
Atleast one parent or legal guardian should be present on the set during shooting. 5 hrs a day. And even child protection service can check the set without any prior notice. And many more . And mainly a manager can't act as parent or legal guardian
Even with the strict laws some greedy parents manipulate the system.

So how does this laws work in korea?

But she died on his birthday.
We still don’t know whether they dated when she was a minor or not. What we do know is that they dated in the past, which was confirmed by KSH, and she died (by suicide) on his birthday. It's a crucial point one can't overlook.

Maybe that’s why it has become so hard for people to trust him. And then, in the middle of this entire storm, the CEO suddenly resigns. It looks suspicious. But, it could be something personal, or entirely unrelated to KSH.
The truth is, we know nothing.

And that’s the real tragedy.
There are so many things that are unclear and not confirmed by the court yet, and that’s the problem.

But the question is: if he dated her when she was a minor, did no one know about it? Not her family, her friends, her company? He was just an upcoming artist right? At that time he didn’t even have his own company right ?If he did have one, maybe he could have suppressed the news. But if not, then does he really have the power to hide a relationship without anyone knowing? Is he secretly a chaebol with a powerful background? What are we missing here?

Just because her parents lost their daughter, we are overlooking a crucial point. Did her parents truly not know that their daughter was in a relationship with a grown adult? When did they find out? Did they find about the relationship after her death?
If the parents only learned about the relationship after she died, then who was her guardian at the time? Usually, a guardian manages a minor’s schedule — often a parent. So who was responsible then? Who was looking after her?

I’m not on KSH’s side or on the parents’ side.

As humans, we are quick to judge others — whether they’re celebrities or not. It's human nature to stand on high moral grounds and judge anyone and anything.

The real question should be: How long will the court take to deliver justice — whether for KSH or KSR?

I honestly think everyone is hiding something and no one is completely innocent. Whether it’s KSR, who died, or KSH, who is accused — both may have made mistakes. And also the people around them at that time.

Because of online hate, many people have taken their own lives. People seem to forget how much hate and abuse KSR received online and endured during her tough time. Do they really think their hate and abuse didn’t push her toward suicide? But people are still not satisfied. Accusing someone of being a pedophile without solid evidence is sickening.
If he is guilty, then the backlash he is receiving is understandable and even justified. But if he is not, can anyone guarantee this hate won’t push him into depression or suicide? Then who would take responsibility if he took a drastic step?

What we need to do is wait for the verdict , wait for the truth and justice for the innocent.

Until then, everything else is just noise.
