The main reason is most likely the fact that it's being aired on Tencent and iQiyi at the same time, so most people watch only on one of the platforms.
However, the true story is in the viewership data that Yunhe tracks, with the effective views in a single day. Yesterday 123M watched PoJ (51.5%).
The viewership from last Sunday was 53.2% of the market share. That's #3 in history and very close to #2 - 55% attained by Joy of Life S2.

At the moment, iqiyi has 2 bts videos - one is an interview with the leads, and one with other cast members.
WeTV has a lot more interviews with the leads (as a couple and individual) and with cast members, as well as a watch party of the leads with the director.
Not sure what extra content will be available in the future.
At the moment, ZLH and TXW are in an online interview for WeTV on weibo. Fingers crossed they will add part of it to the express package 😀
