hi im watching ep 4 so no spoilers pls but can someone tell me where exactly does the timeline of Sarah being a indebted salesperson fit in amongst her being a chaebol wife / sarah kim in boudoir / and the guy as her sidepiece?

They were already on damage control by ep 10. It just became obviously annoying. One date was fine to push that Sunghoon-MinaSue agenda, but two dates and nth count of confessional interviews?! While cutting out the entirety of Mingee / Heesun's own date scenes is wild.

Netflix did all that PR work just for me to still see it crumble when MinaSue still shows an inkling of her true colors by asking that question to Subeen at the firepit. It has never been about Sunghoon, she is still hung up and upset and busy finding reasons on why Heesun is a better choice than her. No one that self-absorbed with low self esteem goes through character growth that quick in a span of what 5 days, just pmo fr 😭

The amount of snoozefest being MinaSue's redemption party or Goeun's three boring men that I had to endure. I'd rather have watched an entire hour of HyunJae sketching ASMR.

Editors totally flopped trying to be mysterious about Subeen-Heesun storyline. Depraving their interactions just to squeeze them into one collage with handpicked moments and not entire scenes spoiled its heart fluttering potential. They did it for the panel sake and forgot about their own viewer audience.

Nope there was clear obvious shots of them staring each other down. Just go look at it yourself again

The entirety of your first portion has nothing to do with personal grudges, feelings, relationships or interactions with the FL romantically. Him playing the moral scale and willing to work under the table was him acting in a business environment. It is FL's decision if she wishes to find that morally gray department disgusting. But on a personal level, he has not harmed her or crossed the line. I could argue that FL crossed the line when she attempted to prevent his interaction with ML as half brothers, all because of her own personal feelings towards ML.

Already gave forth my perspective on why his feelings passes as genuine. If you won't debate on it then agree to disagree.

When SML asked her for a dance, she was hesitant and wanted to decline. But she glanced at ML and noticed him staring, and went through with SML's invite. Because she was upset with him at that moment and tried to be the nonchalant girl while wanting him to see lol

He is obviously kept in the dark about the entire controversy as well. It's obvious he's not corrupt when they made his child actor character to be upright, he just has a big complicated misunderstanding (which led to the feud) that he has to fix and communicate with ML, but it goes both ways.

You not being into third parties does not diminish his character any less in the show, that is your issue. Yet FL doesn't mind using him to make ML jealous. Until FL tells him to actually fuck off, he is free to pursue her. SML is a calculative businessman he obvs enjoys the challenge

He held interest for FL when it clearly flashbacks to lift incident, he further peaks his interest when he realizes the clear valid reasons she got selected by dynamism. And he is obviously attracted to her visually. How can you blatantly say that his feelings are not real when he obviously got into the car chase FOR her, is obviously enamored by her presence? Even if you take ML out of the picture in those specific scenes, SML still would've acted the same.

Not using her as a pawn for family feuds =/= don't pursue me. FL believes that SML only is interested in her because of ML. One thing about this is people mix up what he has done in corporate to his feelings towards her personally. Different issues.

I only watched a brief spoiler of the elevator preview, and if you're referring to him pressing the lift button as creepy, is that not a little excessive and biased? Do not all MLs act shameless and forward in terms of skinship when they like someone? And he doesn't even touch her! All those tens of scenes of ML being her boss yet crossing into her personal space in previous eps when they have yet to realize their own feelings, how is that any different? This is what I mean when you guys simply twist scenarios to suit your needs. Am I supposed to say ML is acting like an unprofessional creep because he's her boss now? 😂

Reading the divisive comments about SML Pei Zhen is always very funny. IMO he hasn't done anything crazy to warrant actually not having a chance to pursue the FL, neither do I think that he's cunningly evil. People who say so are simply biased towards ML, and twist whatever SML does with their negative lens. Is he shameless and willing to play all cards to get what he wants tho? Yea, but he hasn't crossed any excessive lines. Plus his interest in FL is genuine, I'd say its open game

Booksmart and career driven but being purposely dense about everything else is the ML. I think its obvious he knows that he feels for her in moments when his facial features pauses and he's like "wtf am i doing" but doesn't want to face reality yet 😂

YES!! Actually I came to that thought too in the latest ep when the dad was talking to FL about how he's holding her back. Like hold on..what IF... It'd be pretty dramatic tho I mean that's like 10 coincidences in the show, same landlord, same career, same company and now same tragic event?! Even the part of FL bumping to 2ML in that car chase was pretty absurb. Out of all cars?? lol

Seems like accurate info, there's already a listed kiss counter by the promoter. I didn't look at it explicitly cause I don't want to be spoiled too much. But since it happens at 13 that means they need to come to that feelings conclusion in 1 ep AND kiss and that's kinda 😵 Just hope the build up is satisfactory

Right? There seems to be no clear indicative so hearing the comments that they kiss? the next episode is making me question it.
My main gripe is them crossing so many obvious professional boundaries and not triple guessing themselves is kinda crazy, I would be tripping out irl.

hello can someone clarify with me ML has already realised that he likes FL yes? If so when exactly did he come to that epiphany? Was it during the dinner cake scene when FL questioned him, or earlier? I feel like there were previous scenes where he was confused with his own actions but it wasn't a really "oh." moment. And FL is still clueless about her own feelings, right? I don't want to take her as the clueless sort but she does seem to have no idea lol

Idt he's downright evil, just mad calculative and leverages on whatever benefits him even if it's using people as pawns. Could be a green or red flag depending on how you spin it, but the worst part is they've written his actions to FL to be genuine to an extent with his curiosity 😩 They should've just made him trashy that would've been more helpful hahah
