Not a Flop- Easy Watch

so, this show was one of my highly anticipated for 2026 because of the plot. this was a very easy watch. low angst overall- as someone who is still healing from a breakup, there were some scenes that got me.

the plot was lost a bit- I think somewhere along the way the writers forgot to build up the actual plot romance.

The story wasn’t too “deep”, but many things could’ve been explored with the VR universe.

glad I watched this ultimately, but left me wanting more. the acting was just fine.

Cute Baby, Okay Plot, Subpar Performance

this was propaganda made to help combat the child birth rates 100%. cute kid but… no. lol

anyway! WooJoo is quite literally the cutest baby I’ve seen on television in awhile!

the hate for the fl is incredibly forced. I think the acting matched the script as it was very subpar.

the ml and sml were both great. never thought she’d choose the sml though.

this is a palette cleanser in between drama binges but I wouldn’t go in expecting anything earth shattering. just enjoy it for what it is!!!!

I was never not confused…

I wish the reason I wasn’t as in love with part 2 was because of the actress change. that wasn’t a deterrent for me, even though their explanation for her coming back was weird.

no, this was just full of plot holes and tried too hard. I wholeheartedly don’t remember what the point of this season was lol. Jin Mu in season one was a perfect antagonist… idk what they did to his character but it wasn’t great.

nothing was great about this actually. it was just good enough and finished the story.

Perfection on the Screen

I regret that it took me so long to finally finish this season because now that I’m at the end… it was quite literally a perfect fantasy drama with the right amount of romance and supporting character development.


This is a show you definitely have to be in the mood to watch, otherwise you will not appreciate it at ALL.


Jung So Min never disappoints and Lee Jae-Wook has a new fan in me. I understand the hype!


I can’t pick a favorite supporting character- they were all so good! Onto S2!!

I Really Wanted to Love This…

but, I only really liked this drama. the exact episode I stopped loving this was episode 28. I really think they made this far too long and added way to many new and unnecessary revelations at the end. Situ’s spiral into madness could’ve been better, it just ended up being cheesy due to the lack of depth given to that storyline.

I would 100% recommend this show, but just lower expectations.

Honestly loved all the characters though and acting was great. Adored Master She and the companions!!!

Good Enough, but Ultimately Uninspired.

where do I begin.
this show has a great premise and had the makings to be an amazing fantasy. unfortunately, it turned into a thriller only and gave up on talking about the curse and any other supernatural elements they built up.

the flashback gave us some answers, but nothing we didn’t really already know. this could’ve been really great, but it ended up being just okay. acting was just fine and Rowoon was great to look at! lol, so there was that.

hopefully I can find a decent fantasy soon!!!

Almost Perfect

I had been waiting to finally sit down to enjoy this drama as this was one of my most anticipated watches of the year.

I wasn’t disappointed despite the GLARING amount of plot holes.

The main love story was incredibly cute with a perfect ending. The chemistry was through the roof!

If you’re into reading reviews before watching, I hope you can read mine and go in expecting a great experience. I will say just suspend your belief throughout your watch and you will have a great time.

Perfection All Around

This drama is so freaking good!

I honestly would’ve loved to see the adaptation have some more of the original plot regarding mental health struggles. I think that is an important topic, and it still would’ve had a happy ending.

the actors were phenomenal. the chemistry between ALL the characters was incredible. the 2nd male lead was portrayed well and I’m happy he didn’t get left out in the story. no one did honestly.

my first BWS drama where he’s the ML and he killed it!!! Top 10 for me.

One of the best fantasies to ever exist!

so, I’m absolutely in love with this show. I couldn’t put off watching it any longer, and I’m glad I didn’t.

the characters were all unique and engaging. the actors did an amazing job with bringing this story to life.
I am awestruck with Dylan. he is a great actor.
only hang up was the lack of chemistry between the ml and the fml. honestly, if I didn’t read the credits I wouldn’t have even known she was the fml. but, this isn’t a romance and the amount that was there was quite bearable. love!

I may be biased but…

This should’ve been the drama of the year. It was such a heartwarming show and had extremely low stakes, but a very high payoff. Jung So-Min is my favorite K-Actress which is where my bias may come in. In spite of that, this show gave me all the butterflies and I’m sure if it was flashier more people would’ve jumped on the bandwagon.

Only thing I didn’t like but can definitely get over was that I could only watch on Hulu. Worth it!

This was perfect with an amazing and unrushed ending.

Those darned last episodes ??

I really feel like I am the target audience.
The Good: the intro song made me smile and feel hopeful- something this drama invokes often; the actors were amazing; we got a shirtless CXX 😝; the storyline is beautiful and for the most part heartwarming. overall, the premise and 80% of the show was spot on and amazing.
The Bad: After the reset, the plot turned to dog $!!t. the ending was so lazy and unsatisfying.

if I didn’t fall in love with the first 22 episodes, it would be rated much lower.

Grumpy/Sunshine with amazing side characters!

I turned this on after watching Love Between Lines and turned it off… I wasn’t ready for this drama. it’s definitely one you have to be in the mood for!

when I finally turned it back on, I was pleasantly surprised at how close to perfect this rom com was. I couldn’t even tell you why it wasn’t perfect, so… I might have to change the rating😝

there was a scene that was hard to watch, but it gets resolved and there are happy endings for everyone that deserved it. what should I watch next!?!?!?!
