yes. But recently actors have been putting in the work to dub themselves and deliver their Lines properly,all weilong recent dramas(Seven relics,shine on me,love for you) were dubbed by him,it shows an actor/actrees has improved.

The drama faced a lot of complications which I can't remember much so the release was delayed but dubbing dosent mean only older dramas,some actors were also dubbed in their newer dramas e.g POJ and How dare you but it mostly never affects the drama muchas long as people enjoy it.
