Basically, defeating the purpose of JL giving the dragon scale 😅 even without JL’s dragon scale, LWY can never die at that time. That could lso be the reason why LWY came back neforw Jin Can devoured JL in the last time loop.

I think in the original script it was evident that JL remembered (there was an actual monologue or something for it) but in the actual drama, there’s no indication that he remembered maybe to leave up to the viewers to wonder

JL’s original plans are:
Once WSG get the last dragon diety’s power, he will “pretend” to kill WWY so that JY cam take over WSG but secretly, he already asked Bai Ze to send WWY back to formless moon sect to be revived. Once JY takes over WSG, JY will try to kill CW in the Dragon Abyss mot knowing that killing CW will kill JY’s head too. So basically, they are trying to trick JY to kill himself.

But JL committing suicide means no one will guide WSG right? Plus JY put the JY fragment in WSG before LWY was created right? (LWY was created after the flood dragon was annihilated). So who would have guided WSG then and if JL died due to su*cide, then there’s no dragon diety for quiet sometime before WSG assumes the position.

So LWY was stopped from being born 50 yrs ago, but JL should have already ate the dragon scale and possibly posting as the Dragon Diety already right? (If understood it, JL has been a fake dragon diety for 100 yrs, while LWY was created only 50 yrs ago) So what happened to JL from the new timeline? (not the JL who went back to stop LWY) Shouldn't he still be present or do we assume that he still sacrificed himself during the drought? Then why does LJ not know him? (Or maybe I got the timeline mixed up? Or is this a loophole in the story?)

I have one question with the ending.

Yeah, that's what I saw from the leaked script but it was never confirmed in the actual drama.

One thing I’m not sure of is if JL also remembered everything or it’s only WSG. Because I did not see any indicator that JL remembers

It’s not really mentioned explicitly but it was on Ep 23, around the time JL realized the LWY was trying to save him, then it showed the first time when JL decided to use the demon powers to trigger the rain. BZ said WWY is back to the formless moon sect to be resurrected. JL said “WSG is about to slay a dragon” - I think this is when WSG was taken over by JY to slay the true CW in the dragon abyss

From what I understood, YWH and YXZ are human brothers (Yan’an as YWH and TJR as YXZ), YXZ has the original face of TJR and is also blind (just like JL). Since they are from a poor family, YWH forced him to take the Dragon Marrow and they both pretended to be demons (like in the illusion arc) as part of the Shilin Sect mission. The demon marks and tattoo on them are fake.

On ep24, I think YWH stabbed JL and the knife when through the doll ( so knife -> doll -> JL). So the doll was smeared with JL’s blood hence, JL copied YXZ face (the original owner of the doll)
