Oh no, so it's another drama that suffered like Pursuit Jade. China definitely needs to release more episodes; the novels are too long to adapt into 40 episodes, they have to shorten and streamline things. This drama should have had another 3 or 4 episodes just for this ending.

In the drama, it's a sad/happy ending because there are signs that he's with her, and the alternate ending is happy, which is the special episode.

To be honest, I would have preferred the special episode to be included in the drama and that the drama ending not to have happened, but given how everything turned out, I can't be mad, you know? I liked both endings, but I would have preferred a better execution.

Watching everything up to the special episode, I liked the drama. I feel like the special was meant to give us an alternate ending, and I liked it too. Overall, I don't dislike the ending because it was beautiful. I'm not that disappointed, but I did expect better execution. I'll give it a lower rating, but overall I really loved the drama; it was worth it.

I'm going to do a full review of the drama now and post it in the reviews section with a rating. Saying here that I'm already satisfied is a very solid drama.
