I'm so happy that Arthur got this role; he's playing a different kind of character here. Duan Xu is exactly that—more silly, full of himself. He provokes Yan Ke all the time. He's loyal, he cries because he doesn't want to be separated from Simu, he loves Simu until the end. I think Arthur interpreted Duan Xu well, besides being a young general with youthful attitudes and being bloodthirsty at the same time. And once again, Arthur's voice is so pleasant to listen to, especially in the flirtatious moments, which are even sexy when he calls Simu or says romantic things.

An incentive for those who have never watched this drama: if you like fox characters and have always wondered why they always lacked sensuality, this drama does, and it's wonderful! To be honest, I don't think it's doing well because this drama had an absurd amount of hype, with a trailer on YouTube internationally reaching over 700k views. But it seems that IQiYi and Wetv themselves barely promote this drama even before it premieres. I don't see much promotion besides the controversies on set, the actress being too young acting in a romance with adults, and also the expectations because of the princess's agent. I think these expectations weren't met, or maybe people just aren't watching. The audience isn't the biggest in the world either; it's even low for a drama like this with such high expectations and budget. Let's keep going, maybe the public will watch it and give it better ratings.

Finally, we're on episode 29/30! Duan Xu is such a charmer, isn't he? And our viral scene from episode 30 😊😊🔥 even got through the censorship, but they didn't show much of it up close 😭 but it was incredible! I loved these two episodes, we needed some joy! We want episode 31 too, there's more to come 🔥🔥🔥
