One thing I didn't understand was when did they have sex, cos i feel the wife was imagining that hotel sex scene, and the school scene was just passionate kissing. So when did they have sex for her to be pregnant cos i'm sure it wasn't the house scene when she came to his room and they both went to the pink room. Finished it, and I must say there are many things I didn't like, especially the scene where Min Hyeok is literally committing sexual assault by force-kissing Yu Jeong, the way their romance develops as well, I didn't really like it. So much toxicity in this show, and I guess it's cos this was 2013; if a show like this were done in 2026, it wouldn't get this high rating.
The 2nd ML didn't suffer enough, imo, and that ending felt rushed as well. Overall the show was ok; I was fast-forwarding through a lot of scenes. Even Min Hyeok's character development wasn't done well enough imo; maybe only towards the end but not enough for me. The first character ji sung played that I really didn't like was not cos of bad acting or anything; he was very good as the character, but I'm talking specifically about the writing. This is a 7/10 for me; it doesn't deserve its 8.3 MDL rating, imo.

Ji sung is true genius, that man embodies every role he plays like nothing i've seen before. Phenomenal actor. He literally carried this show on his back; he's the only reason i'm giving it a 9/10. He literally drove it up from an 8/10 to a 9 singlehandedly. And that finale?? Let me not say too much
But credit where it's due to other cast members, especially our gorgeous villainess Seon A; she really embodied the lonely girl that wanted everything but couldn't have it, especially yo han's love. Great show that had me glued and fighting sleep while binging just to get to the end and see the endgame. Ji sung i declare again that i'm now an avid fan

You've actually made me more intrigued with your summary 😂 so now I think i'll give it a try. But i'm surprised there's no customary "triangle" of some sort to add angst between them. Cos you know it's customary for kdrama to always add that triangle even when the plot doesn't need it
8.5/10 and i think it's current rating is spot on but it could easioly be a 9 and i wouldn't complain. My first time watching Ji Sung and everything i've heard about him and his acting are spot on and i'm a fan now
People complained about the ending but i personally had no issues with it. Overall a very good show and i would recommend. Think House (the american tv show) cos to me they're very similar and maybe that's why i really liked this.

I knew i would love this show very much 9/10 for me. OST was beautifully timed and used per scene and that's one key factor for me to really rate a drama. Loved Yi seo and rooted for her after that epi 2 and as for sae ro yi, that's a man right there and was happy with that ending
One more thing is i consider this the way better version of Backstreet Rookie cos they have so much similarities
