Ok I’ve finally finished it and I’m happy to admit that I was wrong and I take back everything I said about her. She actually grew as the story progressed and that made me happy
This is a 9/10 show for me cos of the way the healing process was handled and it actually taught me a lesson, talking is a very effective way to heal and it’s shown in this series but that in itself is another hard thing to do.
Kudos to the writer, cos I got annoyed at one point with the direction and the amount of cliches but I’m happy I continued watching this amazing series. Will deffo be in my favorite kdrama and I’ve discovered another fave actress in Shin Min Ah ❤️

8/10 for me only because of the almost feral and intense chemistry the leads had. I wasn’t watching for the plot (even tho it was nonexistent anyway 😆)
Read reviews and comments before watching but after I have to say it was a refreshing depiction of the original. I say that as one who loves the American original (one of my favorite tv shows) this Korean version just has something different that I liked.
Kudos to Park Hyung Sik he gave a different mike Ross which I liked as well which was refreshing. I wish that enough time has passed for them to reconsider and do a 2nd season with that open ending we were given which I liked. Also people seemed to hate the fact that ji na didn’t go to see yeon u when he was released from prison, but I disagree and say her not going made sense cos of what she told him before he turned himself in, that she would wait for him. So going to see him wouldn’t make sense imo plus people forget that right from the beginning it was always him and choi, so he had to be the one to go see him. So to me the ending made sense (only if they were planning on doing a 2nd season) but currently seeing as it’s been 8 years now and nothing 😅 I’m slightly pissed off but glad I didn’t watch it at the time. So maybe now in a year or 2 we’ll get good news.
All in all a good show 8/10 for me and I’m going to watch the Japanese version as well, that’s how much I love suits series in general but I still love the OG so much so I don’t think any version will beat that to me 😌
Really enjoyed this show more than i thought i would 😂😂 9/10 personally for me cos of how much I enjoyed the show. I usually hate love triangles but this was the first i liked. So in general i really enjoyed it
Watching this after reading comments and reviews i've come to realization that everyone has their different definition/understanding of chemistry. Cos i for one thought the 2Ls had very good chemistry. Only thing i'll say is the awkward kiss scenes lol. But the story was masterfully done, can't believe i nearly didn't watch the last episode cos i feared the most with how the story progressed. A 9/10 for me
Breathtaking cinematography and exquisite location choices. Acting was great too as well and I’ve discovered a new fave actress again in Go Youn Jung. Those alone make it a 9/10 for me, would’ve been a 10 for me but didn’t like that they ‘supposedly’ resolved things with her mum off screen when she was a focal point to the FL character. Still a good watch
It was ok nothing special, had serious pacing issues tho. But the villain was probably one of the best parts of the show. JCW showing his range as usual. Not a bad show but a frustrating watch at times
IU superb but she was the one carrying this show on her back and i had issues with the pacing as well. One of those shows i kept fast forwarding and was annoyed by. But IU acting held it down for me
Really enjoyed this show more than i thought i would. Jun ho of course superb but one thing that annoyed me really about the show was that it was just constant suffering each and every episode. But i think i've discovered a new fav in kim min ha. Soundtracks were so good as well
The OST of this show genuinely carried the whole thing. From the intro (loved so much) to the mid-episodes (how you feeling song), it was very beautiful and made me enjoy the show more
Don’t know why people didn’t like this show. It was a good show to me and I loved how Jun ho and Woo together and I hope the writers won’t break them up again in season 2 cos I’d fight someone if that happens 😤
I'm someone that rarely cries while watching dramas but this is show was only the 3rd show to make me cry even only for a little moment. For that makes everything about this show beautiful. A rare 10/10 show that i had to create an account here just to write this 👏🏼👏🏼
Jang hyuk’s character here just reminds me of his character in wok of love
