Not sure I’m sad because he did a lot of horrible things but he slightly redeemed himself
True, I’m just a major sucker for the more handsome second male lead who gets the evil-to-redeemed tragic ending. I feel like that type affects me the most in every drama. Maybe I don’t feel as bad for the male lead because even if he dies, at least his love was reciprocated. But when second male leads die, they’re almost never mourned or remembered, and some are even misunderstood. It’s the empath in me I guess lol

Am I the only one who’s sad about Yanke’s death? I feel like he had so much more depth and a way stronger connection with He Si Mu. Duan Xu and He Si Mu just never had that chemistry to meðŸ˜
