Not good ,not great
Honestly, Happiness was okay for me.
It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either. It was one of those dramas that I could put on when I wanted something to watch and just let the episodes carry me along. Basically, **something to pass the time**.
There were definitely things I enjoyed about it. The premise was interesting, and there were enough tense moments to keep me watching. The relationship between Sae-bom and Yi-hyun was probably one of the things I liked most. I appreciated that their relationship felt natural and that they trusted and supported each other without unnecessary drama.
But some of the characters? They INFURIATED me.
There were moments when I was sitting there thinking, *"Are you actually serious right now?"* Some of the characters' decisions and behavior had me more frustrated with the people than with the actual infected.
My biggest issue, though, was that I wanted ,more meat to the story.
The concept had so much potential, and I kept waiting for the story to go deeper. I wanted more development, more answers, and more substance behind what was happening. At times, it felt like the drama had an interesting idea but didn't fully take advantage of everything it could have done with it.
So, while I wouldn't say I hated *Happiness*, I also wouldn't put it anywhere near my favorite K-dramas.
It was entertaining enough, I finished it, and I don't regret watching it. But when I look back at it, my overall feeling is simply:
It was okay.
Not great.
Not terrible.
Just a decent drama to watch when you need something to pass the time.
