good plot and meaning behind the main characters. could've been better
tbh this was a good and heartbreaking story. loved the main couple and ye li, omg. I need to hug my girl. i know most historical dramas are meant to focus on the political aspects, but I truly wish it focused more on the main couple. imo I wanted to see so much more of them and their growth/love for one another. there could've been more chemistry built up and shown bc the love line felt rushed. and I know they said it was genetics but the entire grey hair overnight got me LOL and the FL fight scenes were disappointing, especially knowing her backstory to it, I expected to see a bit morebut I dooo love the OST and I NEEEEED the bgm of some of those humming/beautiful instrumentals. felt so magical and honestly made the drama 10000% better.

worth watching. a slow burn but story filled with so much love
this has to be one of my very loved dramas. the way sang yan yearned and wen yi fan who doesn't want to burden others and find ways to protect herself. can feel a bit slow and repetitive with the sleep walks but the built up of their love story was so well connected, that the ending was just perfect. so much emotions and love for the drama. I loved all the characters but tbh didn't give much thought to the support character's love line much.Was this review helpful to you?
I WILL REWATCH AGAIN AND AGAIN
tbh the last 10 episodes DRAGGED. I basically skipped through the last few. LOVED the first half of the drama. interesting plot and amazing cinematography. beautiful music and visuals. love how independent and strong the FL is too. basically love all the characters. action scenes were great too. loved the chemistry, how many times do I have to mention LOVE? just go watchhhhhWas this review helpful to you?
