Yes, this is the drama you've been looking for.
This drama is truly a masterpiece and one of the best dramas I have watched. What surprised me the most was that I never expected the story to be this deep. At first, I only judged it from the title and poster, which gave me the impression that it would be a simple drama with a nostalgic retro setting. I thought it would be just a warm and ordinary story, but it turned out to be something much more profound and emotionally powerful. From the beginning until the end, this drama touched my heart with its beautiful storytelling, unforgettable characters, and meaningful messages. It is not just a love story, but a deeply human story about family, sacrifice, loyalty, dreams, and the journey of life itself.
The acting in this drama is absolutely superb. Every actor delivered a performance that felt genuine and full of emotion. The characters did not feel like fictional creations, they felt like real people with their own hopes, struggles, regrets, and memories. Their expressions, small gestures, and emotional scenes made every moment feel incredibly personal and believable.
What I loved the most about this drama is how beautifully it portrays family. It shows that love is not always expressed through big words or dramatic actions, but often through silent sacrifices, unconditional support, and the courage to endure hardships for the people we love. The story captures the reality of ordinary people who continue fighting for their dreams while carrying the responsibilities and struggles of life.
Every episode has its own emotional impact, and I found myself crying many times while watching. The drama explores different stages of life, love, separation, aging, dreams, disappointment, and hope. Each story carries a deep meaning and reminds us to appreciate the people around us before it is too late.
The themes of sacrifice and loyalty are especially powerful. Watching the characters support each other through difficult times was incredibly touching. The drama shows that a person's greatest achievements are not always measured by success or wealth, but by the love they give and the memories they create with others.

Average and cliche romcom. Overrated because of famous cast.
Just average romcom drama, with unnecessary scene to extend the duration and episode's of the drama.I'm really looking forward to this drama because it has Wang Churan as the FL, but the choice of the male lead to play the role was not quite right, the good things in this drama just the comedy from main leads.
Slow-burn romance story, whenever a conflict arises (which I think includes a lot of unimportant things), the resolution is always rushed and made overly melodramatic.
The story are boring and cliche, actually there is no need for this drama to have as many as 36 episodes.
The chemistry between the two leads doesn't feel romantic at all, it feels more like a sibling dynamic.
The scriptwriter cannot portray a couple who love each other and choose one another. As a result, scriptwriters introduced elements of misunderstanding, a lack of communication, and work-related issues, leading to a silly resolution that felt forced.
And what the heck scriptwriter did to the other couple, treating them as if they were unimportant and merely there to pad out the episode's runtime. Only made the drama even worse.
Sometimes, a talented actor like Wang Churan and others famous actors ends up in a mediocre production. It wasn't because of an inability to act or a mistake in choosing the drama, it was simply because it was a job.

One of the things I enjoyed the most was how the drama introduced the idea of a company dormitory specifically for female employees. I honestly did not know that such a system existed during that era, so it was interesting to learn about how women in the workplace experienced life at that time. The drama successfully combines entertainment with small historical details, making the setting feel more unique. The comedy is one of the biggest strengths of this drama. The situations are often funny and unpredictable, but they still feel natural because the humor comes from the characters and their interactions. The undercover elements also add excitement while keeping the overall tone enjoyable and easy to watch.
I also liked how the drama portrays the struggles and dreams of women during that period. Behind the comedy, there are meaningful messages about independence, friendship, and finding one's own path in a society with certain expectations.
Although the story may not be the most complex drama ever made, its charm comes from its refreshing concept and entertaining execution. It is the kind of drama that makes you smile and keeps you interested without feeling too heavy.

The story has an ambitious scale, combining mystery, friendship, childhood memories, conspiracy, and the fate of the world. Especially because it is based on one of the most famous manga works by Naoki Urasawa. However, unfortunately, I felt that the adaptation did not fully capture the strength of the manga. One of the biggest problems with this movie is the pacing and storytelling. For viewers who have never read the manga, the beginning can feel very confusing. There are many characters, timelines, and mysteries introduced at once, making it difficult to understand what is happening. Instead of feeling curious, some viewers might feel overwhelmed and bored because the movie takes time to explain its world and characters.
As someone who knows the reputation of the manga, I could appreciate the ambition behind the adaptation. The movie tries to include many important elements from the original story, but the amount of information makes the film feel rushed in some parts. Some emotional moments and character developments do not receive enough time to have the same impact as they did in the manga.
The concept itself remains the strongest part of the movie. The themes of childhood dreams, friendship, memories, and how the past affects the future are very fascinating. The idea of ordinary people facing an extraordinary situation is what makes *20th Century Boys* unique. The cast also did a good job portraying the characters, especially in bringing the mysterious atmosphere of the story to life.
However, as a movie adaptation, it struggles to balance between being faithful to the source material and creating a smooth experience for new audiences. Fans of the manga may find enjoyment in seeing the characters and world brought to life, but newcomers might have difficulty connecting with the story.

I started watching this drama after it was recommended by my senior, and I honestly did not expect to enjoy it as much as I did. At first, I thought it would be just a simple romantic comedy about an ordinary man trying to find love, but it turned out to be a surprisingly warm and inspiring story about courage, friendship, and believing in yourself. One of the things that made this drama memorable for me was the OST by Sambomaster, *"Sekai wa Sore wo Ai to Yobundaze"*. The song perfectly represents the spirit of the drama. Every time it played, it brought out the emotions of the scenes and made the story feel even more energetic and heartfelt. The powerful lyrics and passionate performance matched the message of the drama about love, hope, and overcoming personal struggles.
The journey of ML as he tries to change himself and become a better person was really enjoyable to watch. He is not portrayed as a perfect hero, but as an ordinary person with insecurities and weaknesses. That made his growth feel more realistic and relatable. Watching him slowly gain confidence with the support of people around him was one of the most satisfying parts of the drama.
The relationship between main leads was also very charming. Their romance is simple and innocent, which gives the drama a different feeling compared to modern romance stories. Their interactions may seem a little awkward at times, but that awkwardness is part of what makes their relationship so sweet and genuine.
Another highlight of the drama is the online community that supports ML. The people on the internet forum are funny and sometimes chaotic, but they create a unique sense of friendship and show how strangers can come together to help someone achieve happiness.
Of course, some parts of the drama feel a little dated, and the story may seem unrealistic if viewed from today's perspective. However, its sincerity and positive message are what make it still enjoyable.

I started watching this drama during the time when rumors about the two main leads dating were spreading widely, so this drama immediately became one of the series I was most looking forward to watching. Because of the attention surrounding Yamapi and Maki-chan at that time, I was curious to see their chemistry on screen and how their relationship would develop throughout the story. The revenge theme, clever tricks, and moral questions about justice made the drama different from typical Japanese dramas.
Yamapi gave a memorable performance as Kurosaki. His quiet, serious, and lonely personality fit the character very well. He was able to show the pain and emotional burden behind Kurosaki's cold attitude. Maki-chan also gave a charming performance as Tsurara, bringing warmth and innocence that created a nice contrast with Kurosaki's darker world.
The chemistry between the two main leads was one of the biggest reasons I enjoyed the drama. Their relationship was not a typical romance where everything happens quickly. Instead, it developed slowly through small conversations, misunderstandings, and moments where they tried to understand each other. I actually wished the drama explored their feelings more because their dynamic was interesting and had a lot of potential.
This drama explores loneliness, trust, revenge, and whether someone who chooses the wrong path can still find redemption. Some parts of the story may feel repetitive because of the episodic fraud cases, but the characters and emotional moments kept me interested.

Instead of focusing only on sweet and predictable love stories, it brings a unique and sometimes ridiculous concept that makes the drama stand out.The situations are often exaggerated and unusual, but that's exactly what makes it entertaining. The relationship between main leads creates many funny moments because their personalities are completely opposite. Junko is an independent woman who dreams of working overseas, while Takane is a serious monk with a very straightforward and sometimes extreme way of expressing his feelings. Their interactions are awkward, funny, and surprisingly enjoyable to watch.
What I liked about this drama is that it doesn't try to be a perfect romance. It embraces its weirdness and turns it into the main attraction. Some scenes made me laugh because they were so unexpected, and the drama has a different atmosphere compared to more traditional romantic stories.
Of course, the story may not work for everyone. Takane's personality and some of his actions can feel too much, and the romance might seem unrealistic at times. However, if you accept the drama as a fun and comedic love story rather than a serious romance, it becomes much more enjoyable.

underrated
I knew that rating for this drama and popularity were not as high as some other romantic comedies. However, for me, the biggest appeal of this drama was not only the story itself, but the reunion of two male leads, Kamenashi Kazuya and Yamashita Tomohisa, after 12 years since their legendary collaboration in Nobuta wo Produce.Seeing them together again on screen was a nostalgic experience. Their chemistry and friendship were still very enjoyable to watch, and it felt like a special gift for fans who had been waiting for this reunion. Even though they played completely different characters this time, their natural interaction and comedic timing reminded me why their previous partnership was so memorable.
The romance between the main leads was also charming. ML is a sincere and determined man who believes in destiny, while Yamashita's mysterious character adds a unique comedic element to the story. Their dynamic creates many funny and heartwarming moments, making the drama feel light and entertaining.
That being said, I understand why some viewers might not connect with this drama. The concept of fate and destiny can feel a little unrealistic, and some parts of the story are quite predictable. The pacing is also not always consistent, and the romance may feel too simple compared to other popular romantic dramas.
However, I think this drama should be appreciated for what it tries to be: a sweet, relaxing, and nostalgic romantic comedy. The reunion of Kamenashi Kazuya and Yamashita Tomohisa after 12 years is already a major highlight, and their chemistry alone makes the drama worth watching for fans of Japanese dramas.
Overall, while the drama may not be perfect and its rating may be lower compared to other works, I personally enjoyed the warmth, humor, and nostalgia it provided. Sometimes a drama's value is not only measured by its plot, but also by the memories and emotions it brings back.

After watching the first two seasons, I had high expectations for 3rd Season. This season feels different because the characters are no longer young doctors who are still trying to find their place. They have grown into experienced medical professionals, but they now face new challenges as mentors, leaders, and adults with their own personal struggles. One of the strongest parts of this season is seeing how much the characters have developed. Watching Aizawa, Shiraishi, Hiyama, Fujikawa, and Saejima after so many years feels like meeting old friends again. Their bond is still the heart of the series, and their teamwork shows how much they have grown together. The friendship, trust, and respect between them remain some of the most emotional aspects of the drama.
The medical cases continue to be the highlight of Code Blue. Every episode brings a unique story with its own meaning, showing not only the challenges of saving lives but also the emotions of patients and their families. The drama doesn't just focus on medical procedures—it explores human relationships, regrets, hope, and the preciousness of life. Many episodes left a deep impression because they carried messages that felt realistic and meaningful.
The acting is once again outstanding. Yamashita Tomohisa, Aragaki Yui, Toda Erika, Asari Yosuke, and Higa Manami deliver performances that feel natural and mature. Their characters have become more complex, as they are no longer only struggling as doctors but also dealing with responsibilities, choices, and their roles as leaders for the next generation.
However, compared to the first and second seasons, I felt Season 3 lacked some of the emotional freshness that made the previous seasons so memorable. The introduction of younger doctors was interesting, but sometimes it took attention away from the original characters that viewers had already grown attached to. I also wished some relationships and personal stories had been explored more deeply.
Even with those small weaknesses, this drama is still a highly recommended drama, especially if you have watched the previous seasons. The emotional connection becomes much stronger because you understand the journey and growth of each character from the beginning. Watching this series without knowing their past might not give the same impact, so I highly recommend watching Season 1 and Season 2 first.
Overall, Code Blue remains one of the best medical dramas I have ever watched. With its realistic storytelling, powerful performances, unforgettable characters, and meaningful episodes, this series stands out among Japanese medical dramas. Season 3 may not surpass the earlier seasons for me, but it successfully continues the journey of these beloved characters and delivers another emotional experience.

Even though this drama is not a romance drama, their relationship was one of the aspects that kept me emotionally invested. Their interactions felt natural, and the way they supported each other during difficult situations showed a strong connection. I honestly wished the drama explored their romantic feelings a little more because their chemistry was really good. Even their small conversations and subtle expressions were enough to make me want to see more of their relationship. What makes this season special is that every episode has its own unique story and meaning. Each medical case is not just about treating a patient, but also about showing different aspects of life, family, regrets, hope, and the value of every moment. Many episodes left me thinking about how fragile life is and how important it is to appreciate the people around us. The emotional messages behind each case were one of the strongest parts of the drama.
I also appreciate that the series doesn't only show doctors as heroes. It shows their doubts, mistakes, exhaustion, and the emotional burden they carry when they have to make difficult decisions. The struggles of the characters feel realistic, making their growth throughout the season even more satisfying.
The acting from the entire cast was outstanding. Yamashita Tomohisa, Aragaki Yui, Toda Erika, Asari Yosuke, and Higa Manami all delivered powerful performances. Their emotions felt genuine, and every character had their own journey that made them memorable.
Compared to the first season, I felt more attached to the characters because we could see how much they had changed. They were no longer inexperienced newcomers, but they were still learning how to become better doctors and better people.
Overall, Season 2 is an excellent medical drama with beautiful storytelling, meaningful episodes, and incredible performances. Although I wished there was more romance between the two main leads, their chemistry was already one of the highlights of the series. This drama proves that a powerful connection between two people does not always need a romantic storyline to leave a lasting impression.

I secretly hoping there would be a little more romance between the two main leads. The chemistry between them was interesting, and there were many moments where I felt their relationship could have developed into something deeper. However, the drama chooses to focus more on their growth as doctors, their friendship, and the emotional challenges they face rather than romance. Although I was a little disappointed that the romantic side was not explored more, I still appreciated the direction because it made the story feel more realistic. Their bond was shown through trust, support, and understanding rather than typical romantic scenes.
The acting from the entire cast was absolutely amazing. Yamashita Tomohisa, Aragaki Yui, Toda Erika, Asari Yosuke, and Higa Manami all delivered convincing performances. Each character had their own struggles and personality, making it easy to become invested in their journey. The emotional scenes, especially those involving life-or-death situations, were handled with great sincerity and made the drama feel powerful.
What I liked most about Code Blue is that it doesn't only show the heroic side of doctors. It also shows their fears, mistakes, pressure, and the emotional weight they carry when dealing with patients. The medical cases were intense, but the human stories behind them were what made the drama memorable.
Overall, Code Blue is an excellent medical drama with outstanding performances and strong character development. While I personally wished there was a little more romance between the two main leads, the incredible acting and emotional storytelling more than made up for it. This is a drama that proves a great story doesn't always need romance to create a meaningful connection.

The most interesting things was seeing the cast who were not as famous back then as they are today. Looking back now, it feels special because many of them have become some of the most popular and respected actors in Japan. Seeing their early performances in this drama gives the series an extra charm. The new generation of students was enjoyable to watch. Each character had their own struggles, insecurities, and reasons for wanting to change their future. Their journey was inspiring because the drama showed that success doesn't come easily—it requires effort, courage, and the willingness to challenge yourself.
Abe Hiroshi once again brought strong energy as Sakuragi Kenji. His strict but passionate teaching style remained one of the highlights of the series. His speeches about education, society, and believing in yourself were still powerful, and he continued to be the heart of the story.
However, compared to Season 1, I personally felt that Season 2 was not as impactful. The first season had a stronger emotional connection because watching the original students transform felt more surprising and memorable. The struggles of the characters in Season 1 also felt more personal, making their achievements more satisfying.
this series is still a good motivational school drama with a talented cast and meaningful messages. It has many exciting moments and is worth watching, especially to see the early performances of actors who later became big stars. But for me, Season 1 still has a special feeling and remains the stronger and more unforgettable series.

The teaching methods are harsh, unconventional, and sometimes even funny, but every lesson has a deeper meaning. Instead of simply telling the students to study harder, he teaches them how to think differently and overcome their own doubts. His speeches are incredibly motivating and are the kind that make you want to start working toward your own goals.I also loved the development of the students. At first, they were unmotivated and lacked confidence, but watching them slowly grow into determined individuals was so rewarding. Each character had their own struggles, making it easy to root for every member of the special class.
Even though the drama is about preparing for entrance exams, it never feels boring. It balances humor, emotional moments, and practical study strategies surprisingly well. Some of the study techniques may feel a bit outdated today, but the message about discipline, persistence, and self-belief is still relevant.
It's an inspiring series that proves success isn't about being naturally gifted—it's about having the courage to change yourself and keep moving forward, even when everyone else doubts you.

Nagase's inability to tell a lie often puts him in awkward positions, while Tsukishita has to deal with the chaos that follows. Their constant bickering and deadpan reactions never got old and became one of my favorite parts of the drama. What makes their partnership work so well is that their comedy feels natural rather than forced. Instead of relying on exaggerated jokes, most of the humor comes from clever dialogue, awkward honesty, and the way they slowly learn to understand each other. Even during serious moments, they manage to keep the atmosphere light with their entertaining interactions.
I also appreciated how their relationship developed over time. They started as coworkers who often clashed, but gradually built trust and became a great team. Their chemistry wasn't romantic, but it was genuinely fun to watch because they balanced each other's strengths and weaknesses perfectly.
Beyond the comedy, the drama also did a good job explaining real estate cases without making them feel boring. Each episode had an interesting lesson, while the main duo kept everything entertaining with their unique dynamic.
Overall, The Honest Realtor is a refreshing workplace drama with plenty of laughs and a fantastic lead partnership. If you enjoy character-driven comedies with witty interactions and lovable characters, this drama is definitely worth watching.

After really enjoying the first season, I went into this drama with high expectations. While it was still an enjoyable watch, I couldn't help but feel that Season 1 was stronger overall. The biggest strength of this season is that the cast still works well together. Yamashita Tomohisa continues to be charming as Nagase, and it's nice to see how much his character has grown. The cases remain interesting and continue to deliver meaningful messages about honesty, trust, and the realities of the real estate industry.
However, compared to the first season, the story felt less fresh. Since the main concept had already been established, some episodes became a bit predictable, and the emotional impact wasn't as strong. I also felt that a few supporting characters deserved more development, as their storylines weren't as memorable this time around.
That doesn't mean Season 2 is bad—it still has plenty of heart and several satisfying moments. It's an easy and comforting drama to watch, especially if you enjoyed the characters in the first season. I just missed the sense of surprise and excitement that made Season 1 so addictive.
Overall, this drama is a solid sequel that stays true to what made the original enjoyable, but it doesn't quite reach the same level. I still had a good time watching it, but I found myself appreciating Season 1 even more after finishing it.
