Nah First Frost had a rating of 9 before, but I still don’t understand why the rating has dropped. I think a lot of people probably don’t like slow burn romance.

you may be right from your point of view, but I see it differently. I don't really focus on analyzing what the drama is trying to say. For me, what matters most is whether I enjoyed watching it, and I really enjoyed this drama. But sure, if you want to show me the quotes, I'll read them.

I think there’s a difference between portraying problematic behaviour and glorifying it. The relationship is clearly complicated and flawed, but that doesn’t automatically mean the drama is selling it as healthy or feminist.

what do you think about the story so far? Personally, I’m finding it a bit slow and confusing at times. Does anyone else feel the same, or does it get better as the story progresses?

When I saw the concept video for the first time, I was like, Wait when I saw Zhang Linghe’s first clip, he looked so much like Xie Zheng. I genuinely thought it was from Pursuit of Jade. 😭 Then I saw the second clip and thought, Wait, is this from The Road to Glory? And then when I saw Lu Yuxiao, I finally realized that it was from the *Revenge* drama. 😂😭

I just woke up and was checking Zhang Linghe’s tagged posts on Instagram. Fans of Zhang Linghe and Lu Yuxiao have shared videos 😭

Hahaha nooo not every episode! There are definitely frustrating moments, but there are plenty of sweet and funny moments too. I actually enjoyed the emotional ups and downs 😂

i'd say yes! 😭 There’s definitely a lot of frustration and misunderstandings, but there are also plenty of sweet moments and genuine feelings between them. For me, the chemistry and character development made it worth watching

Sometimes seeing a negative review first thing in the morning really ruins the mood 😂

Aww, I totally understand 😭 When I really love a drama or movie, negative reviews do hurt a little at first. But then I remind myself that everyone has the right to their own opinion. I can’t change how they feel, so I just read it and move on. I’m really glad my review made you feel better though 🥹❤️

Yeah I get that Reading the novel definitely gives more context to his character I can understand why people feel differently about him but I still really loved him in the drama ❤️

i think most of the hate is coming from people who’ve read the novel because the drama is quite different from it. I’ve read the novel too but my review is only about the drama 😭
