So I binge watched this show in like 2 days, honestly at first mostly for the actor First (Akk) but the story was really interesting so I kept wanting to watch it. I would say that for a bit Kan and Thua were my main reason to continue because sometimes akk's actions were annoying me (not a critique as I know it was important for the story to show how he acted at first)MAJOR REASON FOR THE 9/10: episode 11, I absolutely loved the fact they went for different plot twists that werent over-used, they didnt go for the stupid breakup or for the jealousy trope, they went for some unexpected stuff and I loved it.
RANDOM STUFF: the calendar in Akk's room was always on september the 3rd for some reason and on the scene after Ayan gave Akk the necklace Ayan is the one wearing the necklace.
SOMETHINGS I DIDNT GET: why didnt the principal fire the 3 protesters if she was so bothered by them and they werent following the rules? Also, why did Ayan only get punished one time for not wearing proper uniform when he was never wearing it? Wouldnt they just punish him more ?

raw queerness is not only queer joy or tragedy
This drama is just a pure queer gem, I needed that. It talked about raw queer experience and it changes so much from your average BL. The queer friendships, gay nightlife, the complicated relationship with homophobic social circles, stigma behind hiv, internalized homophobia, closeted partners,etc. It was raw queerness without some of the pink filters because thats what raw queerness is, not queer tragedy, not queer joy, but a mix of both perhaps? It had humor, sexiness, drama, sadness, anger, I only wish it had a lesbian equivalent. Please we need more of those kinds of dramas!Was this review helpful to you?
I cant get myself to continue
The music is BOMB and it makes me wanna restart watching it everytime but the story is somewhat cringy to me, I also get so mad at some of the characters. I dont get how people can appreciate Gu Jun Pyo, he's such a bad person while the second male lead is way more respectable.The storyline is really basic but its the second drama I tried, it gives me some nostalgia I guess even if it wasnt that much long time ago that I watched it (a couple of years maybe)
Its a big classic, even if you dont really like romance try it out at least for the musics. Its the best part of the show in my opinion.
