One of 2025s best dramas
"We live together...and we die together."Why is this line so romantic and intimate, like I can't explain how this show is so well written . To be as one when you're married or together, bro, never have I thought marriage or just that special bond could be that amazing. The details in this drama was just perfect, each parallel scene was just so good and the plot twists left me shocked.
Ming Yi/Ming Xian &Ji Bozai/MingXian their love story was extremely beautiful. I cried with them and even for them ? it was such an emotional ride, never have I thought I would be so immersed in this drama. From the very beginning to the end, it was an experience I wish to remember forever. The actors, film crew and everyone who worked on this drama brought this story to life, i wish I could turn back time to watch it for the very time, I'm already missing it.

my experience with the show
lovely runner (2024)I was hesitant when deciding to watch it, but it really got me out of my kdrama slump,
it reminded me so much of extraordinary you that I couldn't stop myself from continuing. This was my first time watching Byeon Woo-seok drama, he played well and of course I love Kim Hye-yoon, she was made for this role.
I feel bad that I didn't decide to watch it when it came out, I thought the hype was a little too much, usually when a show get too hyped it's not really that good, but I was wrong, from the plot to the soundtrack, it was absolutely wonderful. I'm a sucker for time traveling and the FL I was familiar, it felt nostalgic. I really do think that everyone should at least give this show a chance. It was worth it, even if I was 6 months late, it was quite an enjoyable experience.

This is a MUST WATCH
As someone who just recently gotten more into historical dramas, this was a really cute and fun show. The comedy was perfect and the acting was absolutely great.I wish I watched it when it first came out, felt like I'm missing the whole experience.
Either way each actor portrayed their characters so well, even though the story did feel like it was dragging in the middle, I still continued, because I was curious on the hype of this show and it was worth it!!
Also I'm obsessed with the ending theme song, it's sooo good!!

ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR SHORT DRAMA
Everything about this drama is perfect to the very last episode. My heart never raced so fast and I was out of breath because of how amazing the plot was. I wasn't expecting any romance, so I was surprised for that subplot and it didn't have to be the main focus it was nicely done.The chemistry between the two actors is so good, I hope to see them act together in another one!! As well as the rest of the supporting and background characters, they have all done such a great job.
Overall, I think this has been one the greatest short drama and time-slip plot, as someone who loves time loops and time travel, this has become one of my absolute favorites. I highly recommend it to all !!

Short drama to watch to escape from reality
This is my first introduction to Kazakh culture and hearing the language being spoken. It was beautifully created. I was interested in each character, both with good and bad intentions behind their actions. I was surprised that halfway through the drama there was shift in the atmosphere, when the previous character from the first episode came back. He was a complex character, yet he was still selfish. I was soo stressed because of him. When the horse got killed, that moment wrecked me, I should've known that it was foreshadowed from the beginning of when the two leads met through Batay's horse head :( such good storytelling, wish we had more episodes. The cinematography was beautiful, it felt familiar to me, because my family live in the mountains, but the way the drama captured the ranch was so much different. The growth of the characters adapting to new environments was done excellent. Highly recommend it to all.Was this review helpful to you?

This drama had so many wonderful moments, even though I had high expectations when I started it and I wasn't disappointed!! The characters were so enjoyable and funny and the music was absolutely breathtaking, it was the main reason why I wanted to watch the drama.It is a slow paced drama, which I'm used to and love, but at the same time I wish it wasn't so long. So many characters were introduced and they also had mini side plots of their relationships, which was rushed at the very end of the drama :(
I cried when I saw that ending, like it felt like someone punched me in the stomach, it was beautiful.

Fantastic chemistry!!!
Loved the chemistry between the two leads, made me giggle every now and then!! It was so original and the music was so beautiful. This was my first drama of both leads and their really did amazing!! I loved their dynamic, truly what I liked !!Though I felt like they dragged the plot too much, this drama would've worked if it was at least 27 episodes. Either way I feel like many people would've enjoyed this drama, but unfortunately it was overshadowed by other dramas that are more focused on romance :(

Highly recommend to watch this when you're bored
If you want a feel good drama that's funny and cringy (sometimes lol) though sweet, this is for you!! There were really good moments in the drama, but sometimes it went downhill and lost me :(One thing I have to say that I disliked about this drama was the amount of Ai being used in this drama. I can't believe kdramas are becoming so bland and uncreative these days, it's saddening. This is not the first drama, Bon appetite your majesty used even more ai 😐

It was cute movie!!
It was cute, but I feel like they dragged too much of the pretend one sided love thing. So there was misunderstandings. More of a drama film than romance, so don't expect much! I wish we had more of the ml pov, it would've given more depth with his feelings for her (but maybe that's just my opinion).I love the colour grading for this film, it was so pretty, I think we need more films that look so cozy with that filter and the actress voice was so satisfying to listen to!!

My first watch and I was late after 3 years
Excellent show, it was surprisingly an easy watch. Many fantasy shows usually are difficult for me to watch, it's either too corny or all over the place, but this show was simple and enjoyable.I regret not watching when it came out, I remember everyone talking about it, but I wasn't as curious as of now, I'm quite lucky to be able to experience it as my very first watch.
The soundtrack was so lovely, I loved TXT's song for this show.
The chemistry between the lead actor and actress was oh my gosh amazing, I love them, I fell in love. My dad kept teasing me to get some tissues if I plan on watching it and of course he was right, each scene was done so beautiful. Everyone should at least give this show a try, if they haven't watched yet or those who have, this is your sign to rewatch it lol.

my feelings towards the show
I wish there was a better way to describe this show, but all I can say, it was special. I enjoyed it, I felt immersed into the plot, characters, ost, (just everything about it) it was perfect, I'm sure many people would disagree, yes there weren't many romance scenes such as kiss scenes compared to the 2nd lead couple, but I love them. Ziqi and MiaoMiao was special, each time I see them together on screen I couldn't stop myself from smiling. They had such excellent chemistry, though I wish we had at least 2 or 3 extra episodes, either way the ending was bittersweet. I still hear the song playing on repeat in my head, over and over again. I don't want to move on, I want to stay in their world where humans and demons could try to stay together in harmony. Become a part of the four bamboo forest masters squad :(I will miss that feeling...
