Very well done drama till episode 12. The ending, as previously said, was packed with too much content in a too short amount of time. It would have been better if they had either done some things slightly different or made one more episode out of it. Otherwise the case and the characters were full of surprised and very complex. 9/10
This broke my heart. Absolutely fantastic drama. It is so raw and realistic, so extremely brutal in showing the viewer how hard and unfair life can be. One gets introduced to these 4 friends and is pulled along the ride. The drama might not be a crime-drama per say, although the case truly is gripping till the end, but the story of that specific friendship is what really makes it stand so much out. Plus the way it was filmed and generally directed. Truly a gem 10/10
it is very realistic. I wouldn't truly go as far and call it a crime drama though. It is more the sad story of a group of friends and what life does to them. I'd recommend it
wow that was a big surprise. The story reminded me from the method a lot of Murder in the Horizon Tower, although all the different storylines were told in a way that felt in the middle too much stretched. Reason for this was that many scenes were repeated from different viewpoints. However, with episode 9 it became absolutely gripping again. One surprise after the next. Very well done. Acting wise and cinematography was amazing. Generally a really well done crime drama, 9/10 for me.
I have read the book before watching this drama and that might have been a not so smart decision. While the book is absolutely amazing, it does make it very hard for the drama to deliver a well composed story. Especially when it is conducted in the way that this drama is build up. Of course many scenes are left out or slightly changed but generally the drama is following the book, however the way the drama switches timeline does bother me a tad bit. I would have preferred it if they kept the way the book narrates the story. Nonetheless, well acted, well directed 8/10
Entertaining short drama. Acting wise it is well done, story wise you are curious enough to finish it and not feel bored. However it has quite a lot of scenes that make one question the drama logic, for example somehow only one cell phone seems to work without any real explanation why or how that came to be. Some relationships are not truly developed well either. For example there is a mother-son duo but we don't truly find out how their problems came to be. Thus, while it is full of suspense and action, the viewer would have profited if they had stretched this a little bit more and developed the characters and specific scenes more. Thus, 7/10 stars for me
it does not truly have either. The drama has the perfect ending for its absolutely complex characters. But I would not give it the cliché name of "happy" or "sad". It is just absolutely perfect for the drama. So maybe a mixture of both?
Summary reminds me of Money Flower and that was just an absolute amazing masterpiece of a drama. So im really hopeful that this one will also be a gem to look out for :)
freaky creepy. So this is definitely something for horror fans. It makes one very uncomfortable, it is scary and has some nice twists and turns. The only thing i'd have wished for more would be the ending. I didn't truly understand it nor did I see the reason for the characters doing. Otherwise it is a well done horror movie 8,5/10
It was not a bad drama but compared to season 1 it did not hold up. The acting was well done, especially the one of Ki Hyo Jin who played Cheon NaNa. Kudos to that performance! The case itself however lacked. Sometimes you thought it would go into a specific direction, making it more complex and more complex but it did not truly deliver. Same thing for the side characters. We see their struggles, like we did in S1, but compared to S1 it was only mentioned once or twice and with that it was done. S1 instead build those struggles into the main storyline and gave each character a broader structure. I truly missed that with this season as well. Thus its a 7,5/10 for me
