Probably because of work. Since Ki Tae also mentioned that he has deadlines to meet, webtoon writers tend to sleep right in front of their work setting so when they woke up, they'll right away proceed to drawing with a fresher mindset and better condition.
Still waiting for the day that this will get subbed. I was only able to watch the BL cut with subs back then on YouTube (and it seems like it's not there anymore).
