ok thank God I'm not the only who found ep 4 a little off and out of place. maybe it would have made more sense if the guy was older and worked inside the intelligence ... but how are we supposed to believe that a teen can hack the system of the national security agency and that they're so dumb that they don't even take precautions or check before connecting someone else's laptop to their servers?? I hope that only ep 4 was like that and the rest are better, because tbh this drama was off to a GREAT start
there's something about nails in this drama, everyone keeps touching and playing with their nails when they're nervous + the first thing they showed of woman in the bathtub are her nails ??
i don't want to jinx it but I feel like this is going to become one of my most fav dramas! it's just how well written it is, how well the tension is being built up, the characters being absolutely amazing, the fact that it feels like I'm watching a slow burn horror ... I'm loving every second of this drama and I'm so so happy I've started watching it. I don't quite understand why the ratings are so low, but if it is because of the writer ... idk man, the product in itself is brilliant and the drama is not solely HIS drama. there are hundreds of more people who have worked on this and made sure it turned out to be good, so we should give higher ratings for the sake of the actors, director, cinematographers, etc who've contributed and made it this good.
I definitely suggest people to check out hometown, you won't regret it!

it's nice to see someone else watching this drama ahah, I watched the first episode only but I love the vibes.... slow, calming, chill. the cast, as you said, is stellar so I'm hoping for a lot of quality from their side. another thing I'm in love with is the cinematography, it's stunning! now I just hope they keep a steady storyline throughout all the episodes because this seems exactly like the type of stories that I like!
i enjoyed the first episode a lot! it's set in a sort of a dystopian world, so far I'm liking the characters, the acting and the plot seems to be developing well! I don't think it's a high iq drama but it still feels very enjoyable and interesting. I'm looking forward to the next episodes ❤️
