I’m excited for this drama but have some major concerns. Production companies tend to water down shows for money. And I see a wave of ocean here in these 57 episodes. I’m not holding any high expectations on this money making schemes these companies are doing. Wasting talents and great stories.
They get paid per episode. The more episodes mean more money. It doesn’t matter how long the episodes are.
I’m talking about the company. They have to make their money back. They already of course paid out the actors and design team. But first you have to invest money into making a drama. Then the company can sell the drama to make their money back. Dramas never know how many episodes until editing and then they decide how many episodes will make their money back.
I think it’s quite refreshing to watch a drama of this period with a FL who came on very strong and went after…
I’m not a fan of how childishly the FL is chasing the ML. It’s super cringy and not even cute. I’m not opposed to FL chasing ML, but they could of written a better storyline.
I do enjoy a good drama with the female lead chasing the male lead and making her feelings known. But the way this storyline was written is very childish. I’m on episode 7 and I can’t stand how they have written the FL. I have seen more mature flirtatious drama where the FL doesn’t have to act childish and accuse the ML of indecencies. I have no idea how the ML who is supposed to be cold, ruthless and intelligent can fall for this. I love ZYC. I was hoping for him to pick up a good storyline that will depict his wonderful skills. The fight scenes aren’t bad though. The storyline is moving pretty ok, it’s watchable.
