I want to share Fumi's medical condition. I think that's the scene you are thinking.

It is an intersex condition called Klinefelter syndrome where a male has an additional copy of the X chromosome. Wiki says --> The primary features are infertility and small, poorly functioning testicles.. May have weaker muscles, greater height, poor motor coordination, less body hair, breast growth, and less interest in sex.
