I feel really bad for Shen Ru Yong in these past couple of episodes tbh. This man is feeling immense guilt that it's mentally and emotionally destroying him. Bro is legit just an empty shell living for his family.
I like this drama as is, and the slow burn romance is the icing on the cake.
I am fine with the slow burn and how the story progress. I'm just greedy for more interactions between them later in the episodes. There's only so much left but I don't think their intimate scenes are long enough to satisfy my desire for them. Just that they suffer so much, so prolong their happy scenes would be nice.

Not what I mean at all. Throughout the entire show, there are not many moments of their interaction, feels like we're missing a lot. The future episodes will be more painful as it goes. The happy ending scenes of them being together wont be much. It's going to feel like we're not getting enough of the sweet scenes between them.

This is my first drama of him and I really enjoy it. Everyone has to work hard in the industry to get recognition for their talents. Wang Xing Yue get countless praises for his acting and receive countless of Main roles for being 21 (he's really bless for this because I know a lot of people reached their prime age but still only able to do supporting roles) . There are more praises than criticisms from what I see.
I just don't want any misleading info being put out there about actresses and actors able or unable to dub their voice is all. I'm just saying that you can praise him without dragging other actor and actresses down for their hard work. Hence Wu Jin Yan also got her voice dubbed in custom drama but doesn't mean she CAN'T dub her own voice.

There are so many dialects in China and being able to dub your own voice in a custom drama, you need to speak clear, and perfect standard Madarin without any accent. That's why you see actor and actresses like Dylan Wang, etc dubbing his own voice in a modern romance drama and being dubbed in custom drama like Love Between Fairy and Devi, Unchained Love, etc. It's not that they can't dub but their accent wont allowed it.

I forgot if it was explained in the show but from my opinon, aside from the family members, people in the town that are close to you can also call you by your nickname, like that lady in episode 19 who calls her Xue Li or the husband and wife. Huaixiang is a small town so everyone knows each other almost. Duke Su is a good investigator, so knowing about it isn't hard.
