yeah its normal because they all are friends. xingchi was friends with BOTH wanghe anf fenghua since they were kids. thats not gonna change jsut bcz they developed feelings for each other. did you want wanghe to fight his friend bcz he also liked their MUTUAL friend? they were civil about it and handled their feelings pretty well idk why you wanted drama here. also ofcourse fenghua wasnt right for breaking up or hiding the truth but she had her world shaken. you should atleast be a bit understanding regarding why she acted in the way she did. she was the one suffering the most!

yeah i sometimes watch some scenes at 1.5x or 2.0 but for leads scenes i watch them at normal speed. i have this habit lol.

1. i dont remember exact ep but near ep 26-34.
2. they broke up once but it wasnt deep. like they had just started dating and fl backed out bcz of something happened to her. but everything was good between them and they reconciled in ep 33 or 34 i think.
3. kinda. i wont call it annoying tho. in college arc there was siyi and in adult arc there was xingchi but i think they handled it pretty well.
4. its a slight romance drama so romance and love triangle was less but was spread throughout the whole drama. Its not your normal love triangles.
5. they never tried any such thing. they were great friends and remained so.
6. i would say two couples. ml x fl and sfl (siyi) x chen rui
7. yes. but we didnt get much of them.

i binged watched it as soon as they got released lol

last 6 episides were great. whole show was good but i love when dramas end smoothly and not abruptly. I loved it alot.

kise is the most confusing character i have ever watched. idk if he is a villain or not but i hate him more than any full-fledged villain. like i just wanna punch him so badly. what the fk is wrong with him. you can never understand what the fck he is thinking or wants ughh

exactly. by reading comments one would think he is such a toxic character but when you watch it you realise that it was never that deep. he is a good person who works hard and has some flaws. and flaw being that he was not head over heals for fenghua from day 1. he treated her as a friend and teased her but even then he was always the first 1 who saved her/fought for her. but they have unrealistic standards so wanghe will never be good enough for them.

yup. i personally think he is good looking in a manly way and also his dimples <3 but yeah he doesnt fit beauty standards so some ppl probably think he is not good enough to be a male lead along with bailu. ou hao doesnt do idol dramas so his viewers demographic is completely different. but bcz bailu is here her fans are watching this drama for her and they probably expect different things from a 'ml'.

i personally think there is something to do with visuals too. he is not conventionally pretty so he doesnt get benefit of doubt like a pretty ml would. for eg if xinghchi makes mistake ppl treat him way differently than when wanghe does. I have personally noticed that mostly only good looking mls get defended.

i am really loving wanghe. he has his flaws but that makes him realistic. i specially loved how he is helping his friends in recent episodes. i sincerely hope their friendship will survive amidst all the tests. also I dont get why ppl expect mls to be perfect and exactly the way they want. not everyone has to be a greenflag. If you look around you you will see how the world runs. everyone has different priorities some are career focused some are too emotional. but they all make mistakes. we grow with our mistakes. he has way more talents than flaws. ppl just focus on romance and how it needs to be perfect and between perfect characters but thats not how life works. also wanghe is already going through character development.. we all can see how much he has changed and will continue to change for the better.

is there really a brother in law angle? if there is how they are gonna go about it. can anyone spoil that for me.
